Misleading. Confusing. Dishonorable. I booked a black Friday deal expecting a discount on the listed price. There wasno additional discount and the price was not lower than previously listed pricealthough you said the price was an already disoucnted price. After booking, I kept getting emails from you about completing booking of my tour. This was confusing because I thought I had already booked - i'd already been charged....had I not completed the process? This was also a problem because the price in some of the emails was less than I paid on the BF deal! You would not honor the lower price. I will not be checking your website again.

Fast response for any online inquiries. Tour price is cheaper than others BUT I hope tour guides are knowledgeable and itineraries/trips are WELL ORGANIZE. Suggestion: 50 people per bus is too much. I hope you can cut it down to 35 or 40 ( oh well, I think that's why it is cheaper😁

was looking for a specific date for escorted tour and tour has ticked all important criteria. only that they should have included our flight from our country too. Any way it was not a difficult to book the flight as the tour itinerary. Looking forward to enjoy tour with the escorted guide.

The information was clear and easy to navigate and compare. The selection of tours across companies is great. I only wish that some extra information about the tours was provided before booking, rather than sent to me afterwards.

The process of booking a trip. contacting TourRadar and contacting the vendor who provides the tour was very easy. It was also very easy to look up the different details of the tours, including price, dates, departing and arriving cities of the tour, and the itinerary. I will definitely use TourRadar again.

Touradar responded relatively quickly to my inquiries via email and were easily reachable by phone. Staff were knowledgeable and I feel confident that we booked the right tour for us.

The website wouldn't accept my booking. Tried live chat to contact tourradar but no answer except gmail saying thanks for using chat. Had to ring, on hold for 20 minutes then was on the phone for half an hour as discount was not correctly applied, then single supplement not added. Was assured all was ok. Next day tour operator emailed me saying i needed to pay a single supplement. Rung tourradar & was on hold for over 10 minutes, hopefully all fixed now but does not make me have any confidence in thier abilities.

Great customer service but when I I tried to book a tour on the Tourradar site that said there were 8 available spots left I was later told the tour was sold out after I had already booked my flight. This could have been a disaster but luckiky there was another tour available with a different company close to the same dates I had booked my flight so I was able to get on that tour instead. Please update your information more regularly and more accurately on your website so people don’t buy their airfare thinking there is space on a tour when there isn’t.
