“I don't have any issue with TourRadar. I am not at all happy with Bamba Experience though. I have plenty to say about them. I regret booking this 'tour'. It's been a 100% disappointment.”

“First time using 'Tour Radar' and it was a very pleasant experience. Their site was easy to navigate and when I had questions it was an easy phone call, even though I ended up talking to an agent in Australia while calling from Canada. The booking went well and even offered discounts in addition to what the tour company was offering. I will definitely be recommending them to our friends.”

“I am full of concerns about the trip I booked, should I buy plane ticket, what if it will be canceled later on, learned later it is not guaranteed ?”

Hi there! Thank you for your comments and feedback. We understand that planning your next vacation can cause a lot of questions to arise. It is very common that tours are listed as guaranteed departures until there are enough people in the group to make is a successful tour. We do recommend not booking any flights until the tour has been deemed a guaranteed departure as we would not want our clients dealing with changing flight tickets. If a tour is ever canceled due to lack of participants, the tours operators will issue a refund for the tour, if a suitable alternative option is not found. “Customer support is excellent but email notification is useless. I sent replies and updated my information on the website but still receive annoying notifications asking me to fill out information already provided. It is only about 5 weeks to go and I'm afraid I cannot get the trip voucher in time. I never had this bad experience with other tour providers. Imagine people who do not use the computer. How can they get things done? I urge you to take immediate action to complete my booking. All monies were paid a few weeks ago and still not final???”
