“Very happy with TourRadar. I made a last minute booking with TourRadar for a tour starting a week later. Customer service team was fantastic, they kept me constantly updated as they contacted the company to secure the place, were very quick to respond to my questions. Would book again with TourRadar!”

“Informative website, discount over booking direct. Called Tour radar a few times and their representative (Jesse) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was about to book a trip and he let us know that the tour company we chose was getting a lot of complaints recently. He suggested 3-4 other options which we checked out and eventually booked one through them. Answered all our questions, which at times meant him contacting the tour company himself and always getting back to us in a timely manner.”

“We found the operators very friendly and helpful. If there was one thing we found annoying, it was that there were more than 1 person involved with our travel arrangements, bringing about some confusion, left hand, right hand scenario. If one person was allocated, it would have been a better outcome. Would we recommend TourRader to others, yes we would, especially if our recommendations were implemented, thank you.”

“I would not recommend TourRadar because they do not respect your request for e-mail privacy. When I asked at contract inception to not receive marketing materials from TourRadar and started getting requests to leave reviews and offers for new trips, etc. it was disappointing. I've had to "unsubscribe" from several different TourRadar types of communications. Companies should ask customers if they wish to opt in for these services, not default them to getting things they don't want.”

“It's so easy to compare tours, and by booking,earn credits for future trips. Online response to queries is rapid, and liaison with the tour operator via the booking on the TourRadar website is readily accomplished.”

“The website was easy to use and the tours were easy to select and compare. The staff were brilliant and really helpful when calling. I love the chat feature between the tour operator and I! It was perfect and allowed me to ask questions without having to call up constantly. Awesome company and I'll be using them again in the future.”
