“Although I had a mix up with my booking, the operators went out of their way to ensure that everything was organized before the deadline. “The tour that was run by HotSpots was excellent. However TourRadar, you need to publish an up to date itinerary as it appears that the one you have on your website is at least three years out of date, highlighting activities that have not been run for some time (ostrick riding in particular). It was a little confusing as the order was a bit different too. However the trip was really good, very well organised, professional and a nice balance of activities and travel. It was even better for the things no longer included.”

“TourRadar was friendly but some questions were not answered... they told me to contact the operator but that’s the whole point of booking with tour radar”

“The site has good deals and is very informational, but what really excels is their customer service. It is amazing! I had quick response for all questions and they have sorted direct with the agency all the issues that I had with the tour. Completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend.”

“Medhat was an amazing tour guide and such a nice guy! He went out of his way to do anything extra for us. The tour itself was great, we only had 5 days but we managed to get alot done. Cant wait for the day we return to Egypt!”
