“The tour was a dream come true. I loved everything about it. From the transport ,the guides , the arrangements and accomodation. Who could ever complain with such happy characters we had for tour guides ,and feeling so safe with the amazing drivers. It was a great choice of places to visit i enjoyed myself and it really could not have been any better. I will chose TourRadar again for all my holidays and i have already started recommending it to my friends and family thats how happy iam. this customer is veryhappy:-) everything was just well organized, all ways on time. was by myself but i felt like i had found a new family. really like the getting to the hotel and getting a key with my name on it(it showed me how things have already been planned ahead of me) Also going according to plan and on time is a plus.and the tour guides counting the people in the group to make sure we are all there kudos. cheers to a wonderful team”

“I liked how you guys contacted me to see if I was ready to book (I had trip on hold). Also liked that once I booked the trip, you kept me apprised of the fact the tour company was probably closed over new year and we would not hear back with confirmation until they re-opened. I will definitely use you guys again. Thank you!”

“Tourradar had comprehensive information about the tour in question on their site. The price was vey good and from the moment of booking onwards, everything was handled very well. When the site refused to accept the provided credit card data, a chat window linking me to an employee of Tourradar was instantly available. They were very responsive and helpful and even though the could not fix the credit card mixup, they offered a discount code that I have already used. Every subsequent step of booking, payment, confirmation was laid perfectly clear on my account page and worked perfectly.”
