“This is now the 3rd trip I have booked with TourRadar and I always find them to be extremely helpful. From experience I can say that messages are responded to very quickly and they always provide the best of help regarding the tour details and any other queries you might have. It is also a great help to be able to see all the tour companies on the one site. This for me was the biggest advantage when I first found TourRadar on the web but I keep coming back because I know TourRadar has great customer service!”

“Their prices are good but they're asking me to submit a picture of my driver's license and credit to verify that the credit card used is actually mine because "the credit card used to pay for this booking does not correspond with any details of the passengers travelling on the tour" which is absolutely not true(my passenger details match my credit card details exactly). I like the prices but not sure I'd book with TourRadar again just to avoid going through this hassle again.”

“Your site supplied us with so many choices to choose our vacation tour to Ireland. The only problem was choosing the tour that we wanted as each one had somethings that were great. Now that we have booked a tour it would be great to have some information as we are arriving in Dublin one day early and I have sent an email to Trafalgar a couple of days ago, asking about possible room to rent for the first night there. I have not heard back and do not seem to have any way to reach them. Other than that life is great and I am so looking forward to visiting Ireland which has been a dream for many years.”

“We enjoyedt a tour of central & western Europe late 2016. The trip was well organised and well thought out with accom close to public transport and while there were guides there was also plenty of opportunities to explore yourself. Our tour guide Kaleigh was awesome as was our bus driver Dave. Both had a wealth of experience and knowledge. We are certain to travel again with this company.”
