The web site provided full detail so selection of the appropriate tour was easy. As a mature traveller (70 years) I found that the listing of accommodation (hotel, camping) was helpful. As this tour is part of an overall stay in Morocco I have requested details of the hotel in Casablanca so that I can extend my booking. I am still waiting on that information.

Terrible customer service! Provided false information that essentially spoiled the entire trip for me. Not willing to provide credit for a future booking or anything...

Hi there Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback - we are of course disappointed to hear our support did not meet your expectations. As was discussed with you in your booking conversation and via the calls you had with our team, a space on the particular tour you were interested in is bookable until 3 days prior to tour departure, in order for the tour provider to arrange the operational elements of the tour for you accurately. TourRadar will always list spaces on tours for as long as they are available to be booked, however, when it comes to last minute bookings, it is at the tour providers discretion as to when they close off accepting passengers onto a tour departing imminently. We regret if this has upset your travel plans, however as we list many different tours by different providers we would be happy to help you find an alternate tour for your travel dates. I am submitting this review while still in the process of booking a tour. I had requested a tour from 29 Mar 2018 through 3 Apr 2018. Somehow, Tourradar submitted to Artic Adventures the dates of 1 Feb 2018 through 6 Feb 2018. I'm not sure how the dates got confused as I thought I was very careful to indicate the correct dates. I have contacted Artic Adventures. Hopefully, I can change the dates of the tour as the booking was made just 2 days ago.

We understand that you were not happy with the price changes, however, this was due to a Canadian tax that is applicable to all tours that are operated within Canada. The TourRadar site does not automatically calculate this tax as the amount is determined by the tour operated at the time of booking. I can see that our team did reach out to you before confirming the tour to advise on the 5% tax and to ensure that you approved this prior to confirmation.
