I like that there are a ton of similar trips "under one roof" but finding multi-location trips can be tricky, and my discount code wouldn't work - the transaction errored the first time, and then it said that the code had already been used. I had to do the online chat to get the transaction through.

Website would not take my credit card payment multiple times. I had to make multiple calls to try to get assistance as the "Help" chat wouldn't load. On the phone, I was told to contact my credit card bank because the agent assumed the problem was at my end even though I indicated I had made a number of on-line purchases with other merchants after TourRadar rejected my card(s). I contacted my credit card bank and was told the problem was at TourRadar's end. I called TourRadar again and was then told the finance department would look into the problem and I would hear from TourRadar the next day. I didn't hear from the company. Made another call to TourRadar. Again was told nothing could be done since the tech people weren't in. Asked if the booking could be held since the problem was at TourRadar's end. Was told "no". Finally, I was able to get the payment through via Paypal... There is also the issue of the trip departure date. The company sent me an email saying that the trip leaves from Christchurch on Oct. 25, 2018. TourRadar insisted that it leaves Oct. 24 from Picton. Agent essentially asked me to provide "proof" that the trip departure was Oct. 25. TourRadar agent said it was the tour company's issue "since they upload trip information" onto TourRadar's website. Altogether sloppy customer service.

Unfortunately, a minority of our customers experience difficulties processing payment which is usually a restriction imposed on your account by your card provider. Though we are working on improvements to avoid these rare cases in the future, our team did all they could to investigate the issue at our end. However, similar to your bank, we could not identify a problem. We're are very pleased though, that you were able to consider and utilise an alternative payment method and that you were able to book your tour. We also regret the difficulty you experienced in getting in contact with our team to resolve the issue. We understand you were not able to call us on our 24/7 line, due to the cost involved with calling from your location and that there was also difficulty using our online chat. We have local numbers from many countries around the globe listed on our site, though unfortunately, we do not have a local number for your location at present. We believe the brief technical issue with our chat is no longer a problem and apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this short outage caused you. Sadly, we were also unable to connect with you on the phone number you provided. Our team will be in touch shortly regarding the conflicting information you have received regarding your tour departure date via email and will also attempt again, to connect with you by phone. There is a huge range of tours on offer and it was great to have them all in one place. I already knew which tour I wanted to do, but was able to get a discount on it by booking through TourRadar. It was easy to book and communication was quick and helpful.

Hi Web site is quite easy to navigate and check out the tour details. When finally did the bookings I had several queries and all were answered very quickly on the 'chat'. Response from the actual bookings was prompt and the paperwork clearly detailed the relevant details. It was great to be able to book with just a deposit when booking well ahead of travel time. I booked 4 tours and all went smoothly - thank you. One thing, with the accommodation section - the only option for me for 2 people, was to select the 'twin' room, when we would have preferred a 'double' room.It will be okay though.

It was easy to book. Though the chat was not that great. I was kept hanging while I wanted to clarify something before booking, and then it was disconnected. So in essence the issue I had was not clarified. But I went ahead and booked anyway.
