We've had a look at your bookings and can happily confirm that both of them were Instant Book tours, meaning your confirmation was emailed automatically, moments after booking, containing all of your reservation information and the next steps in order to prepare for your trip. We will be in touch with you privately in order to establish if there is an error with your email address or if the confirmation emails perhaps went to your spam/junk email folder. “I didn’t complete the online form correctly as I did not see some of the pages come up. TourRadar informed me immediately and we got it straightened out. There was a wait on the phone to get through to the office and even then they didn’t ask for all of the missing information, I had to go back online to finish the necessary information. I think it could have been a bit easier either online or by phone. However, it was all good in the end.”

“Your operators were very helpful. My first trip to Europe and my first tour experience. Your operators were able to assist me by shrinking my options down to my dates of travel.I am meeting up with my daughter who will be at her 90 day limit in Schengen Area's. So you were also helpful to limit tours that don't have us entering an area that we cannot go into.”
