The search function on the website is fantastic and made it very easy for me to find the right kind of tour for me. I also used the customer service line via both telephone and chat, and both were easy and extremely helpful with friendly people to answer my questions. I didn't even know a website like this existed. It made planning my vacation easy and exciting.

I booked through TourRadar because I am travelling with a friend who did! I am a very seasoned traveller and this is my first and not my last time booking with TourRadar. Everything about the experience was amazing! Very smooth, seamless, immediate service. Will recommend to friends and Family. Really looking forward to my adventure and will report again upon my return!

Easy booking, but would have liked more information regarding the B&Bs. I telephoned the Toronto office and the agent was very helpful.

well--I liked the site and how easy it is to book but I thought the payment would be a deposit and the I would be billed the full amount at a later date--at least that is what it said on the main page. However, when I went to book it the only option was to pay in full. I tried to ask questions but they were not answered by TourRadar. One Seed---the tour company tried to help but they couldn't. Still a bit upset that I was charged in full after being led to believe it would be a deposit initially.

We have investigated the issue you've highlighted and can see that the specific tour you've booked does not offer a deposit payment at present, which is also shown at the time of payment on the checkout page. Full payment is usually only due for bookings within two months of travel and although your travel is further away than two months, the lack of deposit option may be due to the promotion you have on this particular booking. We're looking into it and will revert with a private message shortly in order to clarify things and offer further assistance if needed. You're also correct that you are in direct contact with the Tour Operator of your tour through your booking conversation page. Booked a five day trip to Morocco with Bamba for only 426 aud. Travel agent was giving it to me for 575 aud. So I went with Tourradar and booked directly 😄

Site was easy to use. The on-line help is limited. The user needs to remember that Tourradar does not have answers about each tour and needs to reach out to the tour to get the answers. I found this frustrating because I needed a simple question and had to wait until the next day. I eventually received my answer and booked the trip.

1. acceptable response to queries - sometimes it takes couple of days, sometimes the next blink of the screen 2. usually tours are confirmed the same day 3. wide selection

I have contacted the team on couple occasions over the chat, and the staff were very efficient and polite in resolving my queries. I was told though that a representative would speak to me and would give me some tips in relation to advising I needed about the flights, however, I have not contacted a sales person at all not sure what your assistant meant. Lastly, the amount of emails is excessive and I would rather have communications in relation my trip only.

We've had a look at your bookings and can happily confirm that both of them were Instant Book tours, meaning your confirmation was emailed automatically, moments after booking, containing all of your reservation information and the next steps in order to prepare for your trip.
