Natalia and Jesse were most helpful, and made the booking of our Danube River cruise effortless. Both demonstrated genuine concern for our needs. After my wife and I completed our booking, Jesse contacted my sister and bother-in-law and efficiently completed their booking. We will likely have two or three ohther couples join us, and I am sure they will receive the same friendly and professional assistance from Tourradar's staff.

It was a fairly straight forward process. The tour is well outlined. I did feel that as a new international traveler I had questions that I needed to have answered. Some things were confusing regarding the actual travel to and from the starting location.

I found a cruise we wanted , proceeded to book , but my booking failed three times , emailed Leuftner direct , still not successful , phoned Sydney Tour Radar - phones not answered , phoned Brisbane office , Megan took the problem forward and then finally our booking was confirmed and payment authorised. Each time time my credit card data was enetered and submitted the response via email was a warning that my booking was yet to be confirmed and would soon expire. A lot of time wasted. Now looking forward to our cruise.

We've had a long look into your booking activity and have reason to believe you might have tried booking on another site, or mistaken your placement of a 48 hour hold for a booking. We only received one booking request from you, which we are happy to say, was promptly confirmed. The emails you received, prompting you to book, were sent between when you placed a hold request for your cruise, and a couple of days later when we received your first and only booking payment. Regarding the phone number which would not connect, we sincerely apologise for the difficulty this caused you and will be in touch with you directly to understand which number you were calling, in order to investigate further. Tourradar allows to check lot of tours run by different operator. Unfortunately is not available a tour run by Wild wind safaris I am interested in.

I made 2 bookings 1. I needed to call the help desk as the online system was not giving me the correct information. Sandy was really good 2. No problems at all with the booking online

Website confusing when booking to join a group. There should be a question: Are you joining a group? Name of the group.

Spent too many hours searching on the internet trying to find the escorted tour that covered what I wanted to do. Found more or less what I was looking for on TourRadar in about ten minutes. Had a chat with a member of the TourRadar Team who took about two minutes to come back with a match that was pretty much 'spot on'.

Why is there no place to comment on why I was NOT happy with the service? This company took 8 days to fix an email problem at their end despite me constantly telling them that their emails were not going into my spam, which is what they said was happening and 9 days to confirm a booking. I contacted the company the holiday was with (Kichi Japan Tours) and they would have been able to confirm with me on receipt of payment so why did Tourradar take so long (and all Kichi's emails worked instantly). I have booked many tours with other companies and never had issues before like I have had with Tourradar

We also agree that the issue with your email account blocking our emails took unreasonably long to resolve and understand this must have been very frustrating. It looks like you can either use the tour credits you've accumulated from prior bookings or the discounted advertised price for the tour but not both. If you use the tour credits, you pay the full price for the tour.

Hello Gregory, Thanks for your feedback. You're absolutely correct Gregory, that TourRadar savings may not be combined on the same booking, so you have the choice to either use a promo code or sale promotion (if a sale is running), or your accumulated Travel Credits, as a deduction from the base price of the tour. We have a lot of travellers who choose to collect their travel credits over time either by collecting rewards from making bookings or by referring their friends! However you choose to collect your travel credits, they're always waiting for you to use them on your next booking, as they never expire! Always available. I am hard to find solo senior budget. Everone helpful and PATIENT. Mostly dealt with ASH and MICHAEL. Never terse or discourteous. BOTH were awesome and resulted in a sale.. THANK YOU.. There will be a few more questions as we get closer. MERCI BIEN ! Pete Angermann

The small group Sicily Tour is exactly the trip I was seeking. An email query to Tour Radar was answered within half a day. A follow up email query was equally promptly answered. The webpage is fine.

Tour Radar has a good selection of tours and their prices are cheaper. After a shaky start, the service I received was excellent! I would not hesitate to book with Tour Radar again and recommend this company to my friends. Thank you .
