“Only after I had booked and paid was I informed that a single supplement is payable. Very poor as there is nowhere in any of the pre-booking information to indicate this.”

“The online process was easy but I still filled it out wrong and was so thankful with the quick communication of the agent to confirm the rooms/people I wanted and able to get it fixed (and save money)! Thank you!”
