“This is our second time making a booking using your website. We are still impressed with your customer service team being so helpful in every way. “As a platform it’s great and I like how you have a wide range of service providers. My first tour was Feb 2017 with G Adventures to Morocco which I’ve talked and recommended plenty! Now I just booked my second tour to Egypt with a different provider “Go Discovery” and looking forward to it.”

“i am considering cancelling this trip. i sent an email with a query days ago and have not received a response. if i cannot get answers to my questions in a timely manner i am not certain i wish to risk greater amounts of money”

“The website was quite good but it should have been easier to figure out when my arrival and departure flight times should be and what to expect for transportation upon arrival. A few words on the average cost I could expect for the meals not included would be good.”

“This was my first experience booking with tour radar. Like every 1st trip you plan yourself, there were some hiccups. “I didn't even know where to begin searching for an Australia group tour, but the TourRadar website was so easy to navigate, filter and search. The online chat function is brilliant too – my query was dealt with quickly and I got a great discount in the Boxing Day sale! I received confirmation very quickly too which is always a bit nerveracking. Thanks so much!”

“There is a myriad of tours, at great prices to choose from. TourRadar frequently have great discounts on their tours and their support team is awesome! They provide all that plus, you can pay off your tour!! You can't get better than that :)”
