“This was my first experience booking with tour radar. Like every 1st trip you plan yourself, there were some hiccups. Tourradar was with me every step of the way to make sure we could fix everything, and were quick to answer any questions I had. One gentlemen, Michael, is the best. He made dreams happen. Will definitely go with tourradar again!”

“I didn't even know where to begin searching for an Australia group tour, but the TourRadar website was so easy to navigate, filter and search. The online chat function is brilliant too – my query was dealt with quickly and I got a great discount in the Boxing Day sale! I received confirmation very quickly too which is always a bit nerveracking. Thanks so much!”

“Easy to find tours and check reviews. Queries handled well and quickly - however, I would have preferred to have received replies from one person rather than several. The only thing that is really annoying are the pop-up ads that keep appearing every time I open my browser now!”

“Last year I booked a trip with Tour Radar for a trip to Ireland in April. Two days after I booked my trip and paid in full, I fractured my Tibia and knew I was not going anywhere for a good 4 months :-(. While in hospital I contacted Tour Radar and told them what had happened, they looked into my booking and refunded me the entire cost of the trip. I could not have been more pleased and re-leaved that they did this for me. I have since booked another trip to UK & Ireland with Tour Radar for July this year and will x my fingers :-) So looking forward to this trip with my daughter.”

“We found tours for South Korea and Japan on TourRadar's site. Europamundo suggested a travel agent in Minneapolis to handle our tour. Hanatour had a similar suggestion. Interestingly, neither offered a discount. (On the other hand, I did not understand that the Travel Credits I've received can not be used as an additional deduction from the cost of a tour - if the 3% is larger - it is simply best to let the Travel Credits accumulate.) The site is easy to use and downloading information from various tours is extremely useful.”

“It's not the first time I've used this site for three very good reasons, it's easier to navigate than most of the individual companies websites, it's a one stop shop (all the tours from the different companies are in one place) and to top it off its usually cheaper than going direct.”

“Found the booking easily and was able to view all details of the trip and select my dates. I wish the extra fee to be a solo traveler was posted before I already submitted a booking. I didn’t find out until I was confirming with the third party travel agent. This should be stated clearly as when I checked out I selected 1 traveler and no extra fees were there at the time.”

“I was able to complete my tour reservation within a few hours. I had to obtain flight reservations to coincide with beginning and of tour. I was provided with the name of an insurance company as well.”
