“The website was easy to use and gave us all the options we needed to book this tour. The 48 hour hold was especially useful, allowing us to coordinate our plans with Swiss friends. Customer service was exceptional in helping us answer questions.”

We do display a 'starting from' price on our tour pages and in our promotional material, which is reflective of the cheapest departure date for that tour, usually departing in low season. This allows customers with flexible departure dates to see when they're able to get the very best deal on their desired tour. However, the price for your selected tour departure date is displayed clearly in the availability section of the tour page (which you have to click before proceeding to the booking page) and also on the page where you submit your booking. Perhaps you overlooked this. Should we have the opportunity in the future to assist you with booking another tour, we remind you that our Travel Experts are available 24/7, in the case you'd like to clarify anything about your tour booking before locking it in.
