“This is my second booking with TourRadar and I have had a smooth booking experience both times. The communication is excellent and payment has gone smoothly and timely. “Very good and patient responses from agents at Tourradar, especially with my problems accessing the tour-suitability-form. Using the link provided did not work ('certificate error' and 'site not secure' messages were displayed) but I was able to access the form using a different computer.”

“Tour radar was good but i got my friends to sign up to book there holiday and when I sent them my code to get the credit it didn’t work as they had ‘already signed up’. It was there first holiday on TourRadar too. Should be made a bit clearer”

“I have never heard of TourRadar before until I Googled India tours. The information provided was surprisingly very clear and the website easy to follow. There were so many great trips to suit every budget and covering not only India but many countries too. I wasn't sure of which trip to select so I rang the contact provided and spoke to Fin. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests and was able to assist me in matching the correct tour for my requirement. He got back to me quite promptly with things he needed to investigate further and also helped me secure my trip. I cannot thank him enough for removing any doubts and the care shown plus service given was exemplary.”

“Your booking process favors you in such a way it is impossible to cancel without losing your deposit. Should have booked through the actual tour operator. TourRadar I believe is kind of like Expedia?”

TourRadar is indeed a marketplace, in fact, the biggest marketplace in the world for multi-day tours, where we offer our users the opportunity to search and book tours from more than 900 tour operators around the globe. We understand your disappointment regarding your loss of deposit, no-one likes to pay cancellation fees when having to cancel your tour is already disappointing enough. It's important to note though, that TourRadar does not charge any additional booking or cancellation fees on top of the fees outlined by the tour operator. The terms and conditions of your booking are dictated by the operator of your tour, and may vary from one operator to the next. Had you indeed booked this tour elsewhere, (even directly with the tour operator), not only would you have missed out on all the benefits TourRadar offers, but also, the cancellation fees associated with your booking cancellation would have been exactly the same. It may also help to note when booking future travel, that not unlike booking flights, a non-refundable deposit is very much an industry standard for tour operators. In your case, your deposit payment is able to be applied to a future booking with the same operator, which is great news! Hopefully, we'll have an opportunity to book you on this tour to your desired destination in the not too distant future (at a more suitable time for you). Thank you again for your feedback.
