Website is user friendly (easy to use) - Lots of options catering to your travel requirements. Customer service (Madara based in Austria) was very enthusiastic in providing assistance. Corresponding Tour Operator (Europamundo) answered queries clearly & instantly. Highly respectable company ... Decided to booked my Lisbon-Madrid-Barcelona Tour with them.

Very impressed with TourRadar - helpful agents available through online chat, website very easy to use and shows selection of tours available and suggests suitability for different age ranges. Discounts on tours are offered which means they are cheaper than booking directly with the tour operator.

The website is really easy to use and the best part is the customer service. They responded so fast and answered all my questions! You also receive a ton on information about the trip you are interested in, it shows that they know what they are doing. I am looking forward to my trip now, especially because the reviews were all so positive!

Excellent and well designed website includes all the information you need and if you have any questions you can call or even email or go on live chat... Great knowledgeable staff who are willing to answer your questions to the T. Don’t just fob you off by telling you to go on line or send an email sort... I’ve booked with Tourrader before - First time. I was really worried at first as I’ve never booked without a recommendation.

I booked a trip to Jordan/Egypt...turns out that there were no spots available on the tour so a day later I was given an option to try another date...turns out that one was 'available on request' so I am now 4 days later with no confirmation of the alternate option and my airfare has increased to $2900 from $1300. I have used tourradar before for many trips but this screw up may cost me as much as the initial trip that I planned. Hopefully, there is a better solution than being told that I have no alternatives except pay more!

Hello Cameron, Thank you for your feedback and for your loyalty to TourRadar. You certainly are quite the traveller! We absolutely understand your concern regarding the pending confirmation of your upcoming trip. Last-minute tour bookings are generally classified as those booked within a couple of weeks of departure and availability of these tours can change from one moment to the next. Many are also 'On Request'. Naturally, any last-minute travel arrangements will almost always coincide with fluctuating flight prices (often increasing, but if you're lucky, decreasing). As you are likely aware, we strongly advise against booking flights until your tour booking is confirmed. This is based on the fact that the confirmation of your tour booking lies in the hands of the operator of your tour and we are unable to affect the fast-tracking of this process. Having said that, some travellers who are willing to be flexible and take a risk with their last minute travel plans, prefer to book their flights before tour booking confirmation to avoid the possibility of their flight costs creeping up. Naturally, this requires the traveller to accept full responsibility for making alternate tour arrangements in the unfortunate case the tour booking request is declined. Of course, our Travel Experts are here to help in any way they can, should you find yourself in this situation. It's a decision the traveller needs to make. The best way to avoid this situation is to book a little earlier. Last minute bookings definitely have their advantages but in order to have the best chance at avoiding situations like this one, booking further in advance, where possible, is recommended. I was able to reserve a spot in a tour that I needed to find flights for before i booked. This took a lot of stress off of booking because i was guaranteed a spot once i was finished booking flights.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback! Placing a 48 hour hold is a great way to allow some time to make your surrounding travel arrangements! Although we generally recommend you don't book your flights until your booking is confirmed and paid for, provided the tour departure you're booking is a guaranteed departure, there is no reason why you can't book your flights once you've received your hold confirmation email. You looked at my reservation, made sure it was what I wanted and very tactfully said I might be too old . Got back to me quickly and offered me a less expensive option. A recommendation I would give on the tour I purchased is: Under the "things not covered" category, I would include "airfare from Cairo to Amman" As it currently is, I have to click to open the day of travel to see that it's not covered. It caused a lot of confusion. Even the Vacation to Go thought the airfare was covered as it DID include the domestic airfare from Cairo to Asman - very similar spelling so was confusing to all. This would help a lot.

The tour descriptions are well done and the website us ready to navigate but the booking process was a bit confusing. I accidentally booked the wrong date and so will not book online in the future.

Tourradar was very easy to use and they kept me fully informed all through my booking of a coach tour and cruise. Simple to use for all ages and would recommend to anyone. Great variety of adventures, cruises and tours, so much to choose from
