I found the website easy to navigate. When I ran into a glitch with booking my trip, the help desk was immediately available. When that didn't result with fixing the issue, I was immediately connected with a very pleasant operator who booked the trip for me.

I have been generally pleased with the customer service provided, since using Tour Radar for over half a year. I generally get a response back to all of my questions, although due to time zones, I mostly respond via the chat thread when I wake up the next day and see a response. A few concerns I have at the moment, is that: 1) It seems like there would be price dependencies between what I see when I search the site vs what the agent sees. Once, the price is mentioned, the agent is able to fix the price to the lower of the two; however, as a consumer it gives me doubts on whether I am getting the best price I can. 2) A lot of tours have hidden costs (e.g., internal flights) that are not known until you book the trip; these things should be more transparent and clear or added before we book the trip, so the consumer can budget accordingly and make a correct decision on which tour to pick

We've looked into the confusion you mentioned, surrounding the saving available on your tour. We suspect what you were looking at was a booking enquiry containing a promotion available during Black Friday, that had since expired. The agent you spoke to, made a generous decision to offer you this price as a once-off, so we can guarantee you absolutely got the best deal on this tour! Regarding your second point, you're absolutely correct that some tours in Australia require four you to either book your internal flights independently or as an additional cost to the tour price. This information is displayed on the tour page under 'What's Included'. This is something quite unique to tours which include flights covering long distances as a part of the tour itinerary (as opposed to traditional coach tours). The reason for this is the fluctuation of flight costs, but also that there is a large consumer demand for booking flights independently in order to collect air miles. I just found this site recently. It's really good platform to explore tour options from local travel operators in countries you going. Having said that, it's not easy to realise what kind of tours/travels operators offer unless you reach to them directly. Customer service on tour radar is really quick, efficient. Let's hope my first experience with a trip itself will be good also.

While the traditional idea of touring suggests you'll join a group at the beginning of the tour and perhaps have an option to share a room with another solo traveller if you wish, this model of touring just scratches the surface of the touring world! I was able to book the tour to Iceland that I truly wanted. Over, my consultant at TourRadar was fabulous. He answered all my questions and I feel he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.

I found TourRadar while searching for a small boat cruise in the coast of Croatia. Not only did TourRadar have the best price but their customer service representatives were extremely helpful and connected me with the tour operator who was able to secure the last cabin when other websites were showing the particular dates I wanted as sold out. In addition, there is program through TourRadar where a percentage of the of the price you paid for trip will go into a bank for future use on another TourRadar trip and will never expire. I certainly plan on using TourRadar again!!!
