“I first wrote that the tour description was good but lacked the ability to include my traveling partner in the correspondence and also we wanted to split the payment on both our credit cards. In response to this comment, I received a phone call the next day and how to do this was explained, plus followed up with an email. I couldn't ask for better or quicker service.”

“The booking process was really simple. After filling in the basic required information and paying a deposit of about 20%, we were told that it would take up to 48h to confirm our places. We got a confirmation on the next day of booking so was nice and quick.”
