“We booked an Egypt trip recently through TourRadar. The first contact was via chat asking questions on optional tours which were handled quickly and efficiently. We then made the booking 24 hours later. The details were clear and the confirmation came through straightway. We are so far impressed with the service from TourRadar.”

“I had just booked the tour and suddenly the desired flight was no longer available. I left a message on the site (very easily) and they responded in minutes, approval a tour date change with no questions asked. I am very pleased.”

“Haven't been on the tour yet but can't fault the booking process! The most competitively priced (by a long way). Found exactly what I was looking for. All questions were asked in a very timely manner and the service was outstanding. Never pressured to book. Just helpful staff and partners. Highly recommend.”

“I made a booking for a trip, but within three hours of getting an acknowledgement , I got a call from the USA . I have members of my family living there, and it was to tell me to set aside a week in September for family events. Unfortunately, I had to cancel this trip and despite the fact that you normally lose your deposit, the actual amount hadn’t gone through my bank, nor through their process and they were very kind to give me my deposit back. For this action alone but under these special circumstances I rate them highly. I will try for another trip in 2021.”

“Excellent service. They emailed me back immediately following my phone conversation and after I rang and gave my details of the trip I was after and my card details the trip was confirmed within the hour. I had expected a day or so as I have had with other agents. Entering details via the internet was easy. I am now looking at their site to find another trip with them”
