“They have a lot of tours to choose and their customer service was great. Except when I requested to change my credit card details, they didn't response until I rang them up a few days later.”

“The representative with Tour Radar were so professional and helpful. All of my questions were answered in 24 hours or less. I feel confident booking my trip though them. Everything was organized with the reservation process. Tour Radar made the process stress free. I can't wait to go on my trip!”

“Staff facilitates the booking process. I use the chat available online and the staff answered all my questions regarding the tour(s) in which I was interested. Their answers helped me choose the best tour of us. Staff has also sent me emails with transcripts of the chat, answered further questions and, when the answered were not available, the staff followed up with an email. Very good, professional, amiable service. I already recommended Tourradar to friends and family.”

“I was struggling to get seats on a coach tour I was trying to organise at late notice. TourRadar came to the rescue and secured the seats. Not having used them before I was impressed with their rapid response to my initial booking and my subsequent questions.”
