The customer service was very helpful and their replies were quick (even though I was in a different timezone!) The Tour descriptions were well detailed but the "optional activities" will need to be more specific. For example, one option (a hiking tour) didn't specify that the travellers needed to be in very good shape and not afraid of highs.... I had a great experience with TourRadar and an excellent trip with G Adventures! See you soon ;-)

They were very good answering my questions until I finally booked then it was very difficult to get the answer I wanted out of them. One person told me I would get that answer when I booked but I had already booked. Ended up by not getting the answer I wanted from them for 4 days by that time the flight I wanted was fully booked and I had to pay £100 more. The flight I could get was for the following day and had to pay for an extra night in a hotel in Myanmar. Would help if you had a dedicated assistant.

Clear information and friendly and efficient staff. However the wow moment for me was when they refunded me proactively with 20% late booking discount, after the trip was already paid. Definitely I will book again soon. Thank you, TourRadar for seeing the customers more important than the money.

TourRadar responded quickly and efficiently to my request for information and my booking. The only detail which I think TourRadar should adopt in its communications is to appoint one, but only one, of their team to be THE contact for each client ; I have received replies from TourRadar Austria, Canada and Australia which, for me, doesn't inspire the idea that someone is responsible for my booking. Despite that, I have confidence that TourRadar will ensure that the Volga cruise I have booked goes as planned.

I reserved a 14 day tour of Europe and mistakenly reserved and paid for the wrong tour date. Realizing what I had done I contacted TourRadar and they rectified the situation rapidly and efficiently. A refund was issued for the monies not used and I am so far a very satisfied customer. I hope that the actual tour will go as nicely, and I will be very happy.

Information on the site was very good, price was reasonable, and booking the tour was very easy to do. I also found searching for the right tour to be quite easy too. I will likely book via TourRadar again as I love traveling without the stress of doing it alone! Thank you!

Tour Radar offered many choices all at one easy to use site. I found a trip than met my specific needs for both travel time to tandem a cruise already booked and with the itinerary I was looking for. The tour company was unknown to me so I called TourRadar and spoke with a rep about the tour company, specifically reputation, what was included and what to expect. My questions were addressed, I felt comfortable with the info given and booked the tour ! Thank you

You guys didn't answer my e-mails. I had to ring after 3 days of waiting for a reply. Not that reassuring when you spending around $6500 with you.
