We will be going on the trip of a lifetime, and that is fantastic. Your customer service staff were very helpful and always answer all our questions quickly. I have just one complaint, when we paid our deposit we were charged foreign exchange fees. I believe if we are quoted a price in AUD then that is what we should pay. We booked our tour through "Tour Radar" because of the discount you were giving, which now is completely negated because of the "foreign exchange fees". If we had booked through our Australian Travel Agent we would have paid less. It should be made clearer that there we be "foreign exchange fees" charged upfront and not just in the fine print. So I will find it difficult to recommend your without warning people of the hidden costs.

Tour Radar are very helpful. I made reservations over the phone for the tour to Ireland. I was able to call them a few times when I had some questions. I am looking forward to my travelling experience with Tour Radar next Summer.

Very easy to book. I put the tour on a hold. I had a nice visual countdown and reminder. I reached out to customer service several times via chat and email and they were very responsive. They even fixed my promo code that wasn't working. All history of conversation was recorded on my account page. I received a huge 40+ page detailed file for the trip that is wonderful information. Will be very easy to plan for the extra costs of optional activites now. Would highly recommend. (I even reached out to Expats before booking to make sure I would have no problems booking through a second party (I wanted the promo code that only Tour Radar offerred) and Expats said I would have no issues with Tour Radar! Perfect.

Just booked an Anduluscia tour of Spain from Madrid- had a good time, thought it was a great value, only thing is the accommodations and food was a bit below our expectations, but nonetheless thought it was a great value overall- got to see a lot of cool places we otherwise would not have been able to see on our own.

One month after booking, a major hurricane hit our area, with more than four feet of rain. We simply could not go ahead with plans for our cruise. Although we had private medical coverage, it did not occur to me that the deposit would be non refundable eight months before our departure date. This has never been our experience with previous cruises.

We strive to make the booking terms and conditions as clear as possible at time of booking and regret that in this instance you were unaware of the non-refundable deposit. In this instance we can see that your cruise provider did offer to transfer your deposit to any alternative upcoming cruise, considering the exceptional circumstances. As this was not an option for you, we are bound to uphold the terms and conditions of the cruise provider I'm afraid. The good news is you do have TourRadar travel credits available in your profile so for your next travel adventure you will be able to apply these credits and reduce the tour price. While we here at TourRadar have no control over what additional charges your bank makes, we are able to request with our Finance team to assist in this. As I'm sure you can appreciate we cannot impact what charges your bank makes, however we do reccommend you speak to them directly to query this charge to avoid any other undue charges in future! I have recently inquired about a tour to Patagonia and what made me feel at ease was that an agent named Kayla was probably the best one I have spoken to in a long time: detailed, professional responses, and very polite. I have travelled a lot, and inquired even more, but it is always a great feeling to know that someone can help you get on a great trip. This made me want to book more with your company, so kudos.

The information provided when I first inquired about a particular tour was complete, honest, and accurate. When I booked the tour, the response was excellent, quick, and thorough. Every effort was made to make sure I was satisfied and there were no loose ends. I know I can call on Tourradar's service team at any time for further assistance if needed.
