I am happy to inform you that your representative was always there to take my call and explained me everything. Unhappy about the fact that I had requested your Indian representative to call me up so that I could discuss certain finer points like visa etc. But, till now no calls were received. I think the tour is NOT good value for money. I should have booked my own transport, hotel and tickets on site and would have saved me half of the money I paid for. The city tours they booked are free city tours and anyone can join them. Best to organize your own tour. If you want to skip the ques to buy tickets for the tourist attractions, you can also do that yourself by buying it from attraction tour groups in yhe city you are going.

Graeme was an incredible storyteller. Easily the best I have ever seen in a guided tour. The tour itself could use some work. I'd probably do less stops on day1/3 and take more time on each stop. anyway, good experience overall, and once again incredible storytelling ability from the Guide :)

Booking a tour was very easy with TourRadar, despite some apprehension beforehand. Have yet to go on the tour itself so I can't say how reputable the suppliers are, but the booking process itself was seamless; no surprises and customer service was quick and helpful.

I cannot say we are happy........too early to tell. The "conversation" site is slow to respond. We have yet to receive our "details" although we have paid for two people in full. We are overwhelmed by the "options" for further trips etc. Time will tell as I stated.

Once all of your personal details are provided, your travel documents begin to be created, however, generally, they are not available until approximately a month prior to departure. This is to ensure that your package provides the most up to date information. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the response rate in your Booking Conversation Page, while we place a high priority on prompt responses in our conversation pages, the communication is akin to an email exchange as opposed to instant chat. If you would ever like to chat or have an immediate response, you can contact us in the form of both an online chat and phone line, both of which are manned 24/7 by our team of travel experts. I find tourrader Gerry good with there offers but I have used you on two occasions this year and I have had contact the main company to get my voucher other than that your very good

Tour was good and I would do it again with tour radar at another destination. It would have been good though to detail the itinerary and advise of the costs for the different things which are a part of it.

I had to cancel my first booking but TourRadar and Travel Talk made the process so easy. TourRadar has been so incredibly helpful and super easy to deal with - they've made booking a pleasure!

TourRadar's Customer Support Team was surprisingly very helpful and knowledgeable (if to compare with some other online services I was dealing with). Customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions thoroughly. The price of the trip was even cheaper than if I had booked directly with the tour company. Tourradar should show the add-ons or bolt-ons from the beginning with price instead of having to go back into "book" to see that.

In the first few messages they were great but as soon as I booked and paid I can't get anyone to respond to any of my questions. I am more than frustrated with poor service.

When I contacted Tour Radar to help me book my Italian Holiday, they were so quick about getting the information back to me, for getting me booked and everything was made so easy. I would use them again for further holidays and I would like to thank them for all of their help. had a wonderful time in Italy. :)
