We always appreciate the opportunity to improve and take these comments seriously. We can see in your booking conversation that the tour provider you have been in conversation with has replied to your requests within 24 hours. As they currently only have an office in 1 timezone, it is not always possible to receive immediate responses, however the tour providers listed on TourRadar do aim to respond to your requests as soon as possible. We do apologise if this response time does not meet your expectations and will be raising this with the tour provider directly to remedy this. We have also checked your booking to ensure those details you requested have been sent, which we can now see you have received, however should anything else be required please do utilise your booking conversation to request these. We are very sorry to hear your tour provider has not provided the service you expect in your booking thus far and will be passing along your comments to them directly to turn this around. A helpful hint: you can check them under the "Policies" section which is towards the end of each individual tour page. Terms and Conditions are also available to be read in more detail when you through to make a booking or hold, and of course, our travel experts are available by phone 24/7 to provide further assistance! TourRadar worked with me on a couple of requests: 1. They had extended my reservation of a spot for a tour from 48 hours to 72 hours. 2. They had extended the deadline of part of my deposit for a month. Thank you TourRadar for accommodating my requests!

Terrible service...Just wants money with no other contact, I really regret making this booking. I am seriously considering forgoing my deposit to use a decent company. I normally use peregrine and really regret not continuing to do so. I asked If there was a single requirement for my booking about a week ago and still have had no reply....you guys suck!!!

Your feedback allows us to raise the issue with the tour provider directly to ensure no other travellers have to experience this, so thank you for this. Regarding your specific case, our team has been monitoring daily your booking conversation and contacting the tour provider on your behalf to prompt them to reply. Unfortunately it appears that due to the weekend and a public holiday in Canada, the response time was much slower than normal. For this, we at TourRadar can only apologise on behalf of your tour provider. As a tour booking platform, we work with many different tour providers, including Peregrine tours, in addition to many others who have been carefully curated and approved for listing on our website. It is always disappointing to hear when a tour provider does not live up to your expectations and we will certainly be raising this issue with them directly to remedy. Staff is always very pleasant whether by phone, writing or chatting. Was very happy they were able to get me on the tour I wanted. Disappointed somewhat with requests I never got as well as long waits for responses.

Very happy that you were able to get the Italy tour that we wanted. Have to say that compared to the great service I received last year with my California tour, this year you were not as helpful nor was the correspondence quick. Many times I had to rewrite, call or chat and waiting days before I got a reply. Hope this improves because I referred many people because of the amazing service, in every which way, I received last year. This is the reason I came back to you this year although was a little disappointed but your staff is always very cordial.

I can see that in most cases your requests were replied to within 24 hours, with just one exception, however I can also see that by booking with a different tour provider than last year, we were unfortunately unable to provide as many additional services as your last booking. Regretfully, it is not always possible to arrange these things via the tour provider on every tour, though we do always work to arrange as much as we possibly can on your behalf. Dear Sir  Greetings from Ashok Kumar Agarwal and family. We would like to compliment you and your team of TourRadar for tge excellent arrangement of our tour.  Every paper sent was so educative and we wondered how you could send so many mails to arrange our tour. We are already in our second day. We just finished our Niagara Tour. Such an excellent tour.  The guide Madam is very intelligent and knowledgeable and very nice. The tour was great - terrific scenery. However, the tour guide left much to be desired. He would hassle me if I asked the same question twice or ask something that he mentioned the day before. He hassled my wife when she was cutting up a chicken for dinner, rudely saying "what is this stuff on the table". He shouted extremely loudly at one of the young girls on the trip, which could be heard over the whole campsite. One day when I left my tent to get a drink from the big esky he said, twice "Do you want to punch me"? I was not even looking at him as I was disgusted with his behaviour and manner. His attitude can be validated by all the other members on the trip. However, on the last few days he was sickly sweet, probably realised that all the group were going to reduce his "tip" or give none at all.

We booked a tour, where it was hinted that the bus will come to pickup guests from their respective hotels, provided they are not B&B. It sounds like there will be several such pickup points, so when the company denied to come to our hotel I asked them what other pick up hotels they have around. They told that they have only one pickup point - near Vatikan. Looks like a cheating information about pickup .

Although I occasionally got help from different agents, I like having one primary person to handle my account. Jesse was extremely cordial and helpful, even though I had complicated demands. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Receiving a discount was a bonus, not a main motivator. Also I appreciate TR being accessible 24/7, not a common offering for travel agents. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

This is my 1st tour & covers the exact areas of Great Britain I want to experience. TourRadar was very friendly & responsive on-line & with personal phone calls, as needed. My only misunderstanding (as it was not stated up front/or I missed it) was that as soon as I received my confirmation for the tour, & payment was made, I booked my flights, & hotel; which I was to learn after the fact that I should have waited for further instruction. I am operating on faith that all will go accordingly. Otherwise, so far so good. The MeetUp app looked great but was confusing.. I figured it out. You must 1st look for the tour company before you can add The Trip. I am SO looking forward to this tour & meeting like minded people.

We do recommend that some services (like flights and hotels etc) are booked after confirmation/guarantee of your tour so that if any changes need to be made either side of your tour you have some flexibility available to you. It's quite rare that changes are made - but it's nice to have the flexibility. I chatted with several people and often with Jesse from Toronto. He really went the extra mile to get information for me, place requests for my tour a second time, and actually got my husband and me two nearly impossible slots to get !!! He also gathered a tremendous amount of information about an alternative tour--one we will take next year. Yes, I really think he did an excellent job, stayed optimistic, gave low quotes, and made a "no" into a "yes" several times. Thank you to everyone involved. Edna, USA, Oregon
