“I like the ability to use the filters on your site when looking for a tour. It makes it so much easier to screen various aspects like dates, duration, cost, etc. I also love the one-stop shopping aspect of TourRadar, so I can easily compare tours operated by many companies on your site, instead of checking lots of tour company sites. And I really liked the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale.”

“I usually just glance through the offerings, not expecting to really find anything relevant. I was scrolling through the tours listed for Cyber Monday and stumbled upon a great deal to several countries in Africa. I was really impressed with how much I saved. It was with a company unfamiliar to me, but they offered exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed with TourRadar. I can't wait to take my trip.”

“At first I was very excited because this is a trip I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. I’ve traveled a lot before, always at my own pace and with an itinerary I’ve made myself. My friend has done a group tour before and didn’t mind it. So she suggested this one to me. The price was great at the beginning so I signed up for it and made my deposit. Unfortunately I didn’t read that many reviews before doing so. Now I came to realize that they charge an amount at the beginning and just start adding more and more fees and “tips” and extra activities and travel insurance (aside from the airfare I’m purchasing separately) So basically it’s not just that amount but it’s way more . I would have liked to know exactly how much it would be since the beginning. Including additional activities offered. I will still be going because it’s a group thing I am doing with my friends. But if it wasn’t I wouldve canceled it.”

“I have been receiving info from Tour Radar for months and we were finally ready to make a decision on a river tour out of Paris. We booked and made the deposit.What we didn't realize that this river cruise involved 2 fairly bike rides and one fairly long hike and geared o those under the age of 70. No one pointed that out and given we had to state our birth dates upon booking, I thought an obvious question would have been "do you realize this excursion involves 2 days on a bike ride and a lengthy hike?" We will be 78 and 81 in 2019 and biking is in the past for us. What followed was a stressful 24 hours and then after dealing with 3 agents Myrie was the "saviour" and we are now booked on a different cruise , more to our liking and within our budget.She was awesome. Not too impressed with the guy who did the booking on Northern France at a glance”

“Very easy to book online. My big complaint is that I was instantly sent an email stating that I would charged a single supplement when the website clearly states that singles will be matched together if you choose not to purchase a single room. I contacted customer service, but have yet to hear back over a day later.... Singles beware!”

“WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME IN THE U.K. , SCOTLAND, IRELAND, N. IRELAND AND WALES...JUST COVERED TOO MUCH TERRAIN TOO LITTLE TIME...WE WOULD HAVE LIKED MUCH MORE FREE TIME TO LOOK AROUND OURSELVES AND TALK TO THE PEOPLE. THE BEATLES, THOUGH WE GREW UP WITH THEM, WAS A RIP OFF! WE ARE GOING WITH YOU ON THE EGYPT NILE JEWEL IN OCT...AND WE HOPE AND PRAY WE MAKE THIS ONE. YOU SHOULD ADD MORE INTO THE TRIP TO SEE AND JUST FLAT OUT CHARGE US...IT WAS HORRIBLE HOW MUCH MONEY WE SPENT JUST TO SEE AND HAVE THE TOUR TO THE U.K. WE NOTICED THAT THIS COMING TRIP WE HAVE TO PAY A FORTUNE JUST TO SEE WHAT WE ARE GOING THERE TO SEE. HORRIBLE.....!”
