At this stage, for the particular tour you have booked we do require that our travelers complete their details in full with both TourRadar and directly in a portal linked to the tour operator. The tour operator requires the details to be completed by the passenger directly rather than TourRadar which is why there are two stages. “I found the website easy to use with filters for month of travel, number of days, country and type of holiday. We did go a bit back and forth booking as the first selection was geared for a younger traveler with dorm rooms rather than hotel rooms. This may have been clearer if indicated in the description of the holiday. We then found a second tour with the same features and stops we were looking for and booked that literally the next day. I was happy with the quick communication from the TourRadar staff with our first choice, and they were easy to deal with for making the changes.”

“The website is easy to use. The river cruise travel agent Jesse was very helpful, pleasant, patient, affable and very informative! I appreciated his tips on my trip, his knowledge and his general demeanor! My emails and messages were answered promptly. Jesse is certainly an asset to your team! I was happy with my “Price Match” experience and how quickly I got a new quote after I submitted the quote from the other tour company! The only issue with your company is before I began to talk with Jesse on a regular basis; as I was talking to whoever answered the phone the background noise was unbelievable! I could hear laughing, personal conversations; which is very distracting! I do not see how the agents speaking to customers can concentrate because it bothered me and sometimes I had to ask for the information again because I couldn’t understand them over the background chatter.”

“Before I even booked my tour the chat specialists was super helpful. I found out that one of the trips on my wish list was discontinued, but it was super easy to find another one I’d enjoy just as much - website was very user friendly.”

“Finding the tour we wanted was relatively easy, partly because a Google search brought it to light quite easily. Anouar from Marrakech Tours was quick to answer our questions and very helpful with our booking. I had some problems entering our passenger details - passports, insurance etc - but a helpful phone call from the TourRadar team identified that it was because I had more than one dialog window open on my browser. Overall a positive experience, and I am sure that our tour will be superb!”
