“I rushed into putting down a deposit on a tour without fully consulting with my companions. When one of them, for reasons unrelated to the Tour, refused to go I needed to cancel the tour. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was cancelled and my deposit returned, without cost to me, in a very pleasant manner. A pleasure doing business with this company. I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“I was able to locate the exact tour that I was looking for online at an affordable price. It was a combination tour to Egypt, Israel and Jordan. I didn't want separate tours. When it came to booking, there was a little glitch, but that was because my bank required advance notice to book tours from international countries. I decided to finish the booking via phone. After a lengthy wait, I was able to reach the lady who I had previously talked with. Kim was very professional and successfully answered a list of questions that I had prepared. She also made some recommendations which I implemented. It was very quick and efficient process. I was very pleased and Kim was most professional.”

“I stumbled on the website of TourRadar in the internet, in order to book a short Scottish experience for my son, who has never been in Scotland before. Booking with TourRadar was a smooth path, from choosing the tour, payment and all the other issues e. g concerning our stay in Inverness. I hope, the trip is going to be as good as the first impressions are!”

“I think as far as tourradar is concerned, there response rate is quiet fast but sometimes if you require specific information/details re the tour itself they would refer you to the third party/tour operator which take days to get the reply and sometimes the information provided was too little that you have to ask again the same questions that were not clarified and again wait for days for the feedback.”

You're absolutely correct, that you've been communicating directly with the operator of your tour in your booking page, who appears to have had a slight delay in getting to your queries. While our support team is available around the clock, your tour operator are unavailable over the weekend and are open only during business hours. Looking at your booking, everything appears to be in place (including your request for visa support documents) and you're ready to set off! “Overall booking experience was easy and good. the customer care is quite helpful and prompt. One issue I faced was they do not accept American Express card while booking from India.”
