“I've become very frustrated with your Hyperlinks embedded in your emails they are not working. When i get a message which has a hyperlink 'Reply to Message' when I click on that it doesn't work. I wanted to sign into my account but required to reset my password. I received the email to reset by clicking on the hyperlink which did not work. By the way when I do get an email it takes a lot longer time to open over my regular emails.”

“I've found it really easy to find what I want on the Tour Radar website, and every interaction with them has been a good one. The people are helpful (sometimes beyond expectations), and willing to look for solutions to help me enjoy my time. The responses are timely, courteous and friendly. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. You're absolutely correct, that many tours offer optional extras, including experiences or excursions in destination and also various accommodation options. Many of our tours allow you to book these extras in advance, but many tours only allow for excursions to be booked directly with your tour leader once you join the tour. “Finn was very resourceful when it came to questions about local currency, visa requirements, travel insurance etc. Went the extra mile to be sure I was informed about all aspects of the trip and felt comfortable with all my questions being answered. At this stage, for the particular tour you have booked we do require that our travelers complete their details in full with both TourRadar and directly in a portal linked to the tour operator. The tour operator requires the details to be completed by the passenger directly rather than TourRadar which is why there are two stages. We do apologize for any inconvenience and we certainly appreciate the time you have taken to complete your details on both platforms. “Easy to book, clear website well set out. The only downfall is I wish it was clearer which tours had single supplement fees without having to go through the booking part to check. Other than that 10/10 super friendly staff knowledgeable.”
