“The booking process was very easy and the website simple to navigate through. I received a prompt email letting me know that the booking had been received. Within 48 hours I had confirmation from the tour operator that my booking has been accepted.”

“I found the website easy to use with filters for month of travel, number of days, country and type of holiday. We did go a bit back and forth booking as the first selection was geared for a younger traveler with dorm rooms rather than hotel rooms. This may have been clearer if indicated in the description of the holiday. We then found a second tour with the same features and stops we were looking for and booked that literally the next day. I was happy with the quick communication from the TourRadar staff with our first choice, and they were easy to deal with for making the changes.”

“TourRadar booking is very easy. The website is very clear with a great deal of information about the tour we were choosing. We only had to pay a deposit to confirm the booking. We had a question which was answered immediately. Very efficient.”

In regards to travel credits, after every booking you make you will accumulate travel credits which can be used towards a future booking. You can also earn credits by referring your friends to book their trips. When you book a tour, you will have the option to either apply your accumulated travel credits to your booking or use a promo code, however, only one TourRadar saving can be applied to any given booking (ie: promotions are not combinable).
