“The website is easy to use. The river cruise travel agent Jesse was very helpful, pleasant, patient, affable and very informative! I appreciated his tips on my trip, his knowledge and his general demeanor! My emails and messages were answered promptly. Jesse is certainly an asset to your team! I was happy with my “Price Match” experience and how quickly I got a new quote after I submitted the quote from the other tour company! The only issue with your company is before I began to talk with Jesse on a regular basis; as I was talking to whoever answered the phone the background noise was unbelievable! I could hear laughing, personal conversations; which is very distracting! I do not see how the agents speaking to customers can concentrate because it bothered me and sometimes I had to ask for the information again because I couldn’t understand them over the background chatter.”

“Rita has been superb! Saved me money over cost of trip I found using Kayak with its links to many other sites; Revised my itinerary on her own saving me hours on long trip so I didn't have to overnight in airport for 15 hours and cut stops to one vs two both ways; Double checked with me via phone call to ensure traveler names spelled correctly on e-ticket; And she has a very friendly, helpful customer service attitude and voice! And Tour Radar site is excellent - presenting many, many alternatives to travel where, when and how I wanted too go for an affordable price. Will definitely use again. In fact, have already started exploring site for next trip!”

“The booking process for my deposit was easy and Jon has been more then patient with me in answering all my questions or finding an answer quickly if he didn't know. Make sure you ask for a trip notes right away if you don't get one when you book, it is very helpful. So looking forward to meeting new friends and having a grand adventure!”

“his We booked a trip to Harmonious Europe to Greece, France, Switzerland, and Italy!! Unfortunately Greece was not included!!! “Before I even booked my tour the chat specialists was super helpful. I found out that one of the trips on my wish list was discontinued, but it was super easy to find another one I’d enjoy just as much - website was very user friendly.”
