While I haven't completed the actually tour as yet so my comments maybe a little premature :) but the task of booking was seamless and the follow up confirming the arrangements was first class and I must admit exceeded my expectations... It was brilliant.

This is the first time we have used TourRadar and as I usually like to talk to a consultant Well it was soo easy to use their website and we did our own booking. We knew exactly where we wanted to go and the things we wanted to see Soo we just clicked in all the different tours and found one that suited us. They have over 35,000 tours to choose Soo all you need to do is find out where and when you want to go It's that easy. As we are in our early 70's we are really pleased with ourselves and their website is so easy to move around I would recommend TourRadar to all my friends and Family

Pros: Quick replies from the moderator. Cons: Misleading information posted on the brochure and website, or poor explanation from the moderator. 1. Brochure with full itinerary and trip details for 5 day tour package in New York. https://www.tourradar.com/t/130349/pdf/ec47/130349._tourradar.pdf Website Itinerary of the tour with high lights: https://www.tourradar.com/t/130349#included I based on this information to book the tour, thinking the tour following the trip details for 5 days. 2. The moderator confused me by saying the tour only includes airport transfer and accommodations, and all attractions are optional. This made me confused and upset because no tour only provides transportation and accommodations. A tour with an itinerary should include what describes in the tour. If you do not honor what you posted, it is cheating. 3. I'd like to solve this issue to the end to have a tour that is planned like promised. I'm shocked to hear from the moderator that the attractions from day 1 to 5 is just a proposal and optional. What kind of tour is it? Please contact me to solve this issue at ntvivian@gmail.com. The website is easy to use for searching and booking. However, I don't see any travelers' reviews about this tour operator yet, is the operator brand new? I should know after cruising and sure will recommend TourRadar to my family/friends if this cruise experience is good.

Finding the tour we wanted was relatively easy, partly because a Google search brought it to light quite easily. Anouar from Marrakech Tours was quick to answer our questions and very helpful with our booking. I had some problems entering our passenger details - passports, insurance etc - but a helpful phone call from the TourRadar team identified that it was because I had more than one dialog window open on my browser. Overall a positive experience, and I am sure that our tour will be superb!

We will have a tour to Israel Jordan and Egypt. We took the April 20,2018 but our tour radar agent gave us April 19, 2019. We tried to call tourradar and was given 2 different agent.according to them they try to contact the Jerusalem tour to change the date. Unntil now we did not receive our request. Our concern is that we have to get our Airplane tickets and our date of tour is almost 2 weeks from now Please help us. Our tour number 384258. Thank you.
