“Website was interesting but not accurate. For instance, the trips connected with the tour of Poland included special visits to the Incas. I had not known the Incas were ever in Poland and still don't believe that. The fellow on phone was most helpful and pleasant. I received an email that seems to indicate I need to take further action, but I do not understand what is required.”

“I like that you can quickly sign up for a tour to hold your spot for a small price. Then you later add more of your information. It's nice to be able to pay a little bit at a time once confirmed on the tour up to a month prior to departure. Thanks for no extra charge for credit card payment.”

“Super responsive and helpful representatives. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the lowest price advertised was for a triple not a double room so my partner and I split into same sex triple cabins in the end. Not a huge deal, just could be made more clear when booking the Antarctica cruise”

“Agents on chat, phone and email are knowledgeable with my inquiries, they were able to see almost all my conversations to different agents and chat so I don't have to keep on repeating myself. They follow up to I never have to wait too long for email responses, chat or phone calls.”

“So far it has been excellent. I was able to use a number of filters to narrow down my search to the dates and type of tour that suited me. The site was very easy to use and it was handy to be able to compare a number of operators. The tour that I chose to book on has so far given fantastic service.
