“Tour Radar operators were very helpful in booking my trip. They were able to answer all my questions and book without any issues. I have yet to take my trip and can write a review once it does happen but very happy with the service so far I would definitely recommend anyone to use Tour Radar to book their vacation.”

“You have trips that are very nice planned. TourRadar is really responsive and they answer all you questions very quick and understandable. Only one thing is bothering me-I am traveling alone, and In had to pay around 150€ more because of room arrangements or something. I did not have any wishes about the room, and I have to pay extra for solo traveling...”

“The tour price was confusing and deceiving - there’s a part to be paid beforehand with a creditcard where you are told that is the total amount. But then there is a part to be paid cash with CUC when you arrive in Cuba - which has to be added to the total amount paid with a creditcard. So the total amount is not really the total amount !!! Now we’ll have to see if the tour is worthy paying $900,- with a creditcard and as additional CUC500,-”

Hi Luis, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you found the tour price to be confusing and deceiving as this was not the intention. With many tours through Cuba on our website, there are often separate amounts allocated for the local payment that is to be paid upon arrival at the tour. We understand this can seem confusing and purposefully display the tour price separate from the local payment on all associated pages - the tour page, the check availability page, and the booking page. “Unable to understand the coordinator well. There are extra hidden cost like hostel and pick up and return to airport not factored into package and was unclear. Many back and forth emails going on to settle this. Different pictures of accomodation that I have to pay for sent. Until now still unable to understand if additional cost is per person. Great if someone fluent in English can call me back.”
