“10 days back, I contacted TourRadar for helping us choose a cruise that suited a family of five, to celebrate my Father-in-Law's 90th Birthday. I was most satisfied with my dealings and message exchanges with TourRadar. They were efficient, prompt in their replies, focussed to cater to all our needs, very patient - as my queries went on and on, knowledgeable and courteous. I would especially mention Nadine, Michael, Liz and Nina, who helped me go through the entire range from 15 days to 8 days cruises and then finally settling us comfortably for the "Classical Rhine 8 days Cruise". Imagine going through this entire exercise in just 10 days.....TourRadar was simply amazing. I will definitely recommend TourRadar to every one. “I liked the tours of Ireland that were presented and the price seemed terrific. However, I didn't notice that the accommodations were in a hostel, so clearly, that was the reason for the awesome price. Your team did a good job of quickly confirming that we wanted a hostel rather than a private room and offered the private room which was good. However, it did seem that the price of the private room was a bit more than I would have expected. By that time, we were locked into the dates and really had no choice but to upgrade. I'm sure the trip will still be great and the price is ok as I compared it to other sites, but I think the hostel needs to be highlighted very clearly in the original booking -- or when booking, offer a price for private room during the booking -- so it would be very obvious what the accommodations are.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review! We have had a look at the tour page for the trip you booked and can see that the "What's Included" section does state that your tour is based on hostel/dorm share. To clarify, where passengers do not wish to stay in the included hostel accommodation, we have to reach out to the tour operator to check whether an upgrade is possible and to request pricing. We completely agree that private or single room pricing should be available to passengers prior to booking; this is why many of our operators will often list upgrade options and pricing on the checkout page. Selecting an upgrade during checkout allows passengers to see an updated total cost for the entire booking. We regret that a selectable accommodation upgrade option was not immediately available to you upon booking; however, we want you to know that we value your suggestions and will always welcome feedback for how you feel inclusions can be more clearly displayed. “It started out badly--we were declined twice for a UNESCO cruise--received an auto-reply stating all cabins were full, but several sites all showed cabins still available. We'd already booked our flight, and this cruise was for my mom's 79th birthday--wanted to be on it! Sabine was GREAT!! She went above and beyond and got the cruise booked! Thank you, Sabine!!”

“Both air and toilets were not functioning on our tour to Bath and Stonehenge. 2 passengers held up the bus for over 30 min at Stonehenge. Perhaps a policy of a set grace time would make sense as this delay really cut into everyone’s time in Bath. We did not receive any type of itinerary so did not know that a walking tour was included. Our guide Susie was sweet and helpful. Overall I’d say it’s a very bare bones type of tour but we got where we wanted to go, so that’s what really matters.”

“I don't normally book tours as I prefer to navigate travelling on my own, having been to 46 countries to date. However, I have never been to the Americas and am embarking on a solo travelling trip to the South. I realised that taking a tour in this case might take a lot of stress off my shoulders and started to look at the many different tours offered online. After weeks of looking (I had time on my side), I decided to narrow down my options. TourRadar is obviously reputable and offers a great variety of experiences. I booked two trips and immediately started to engage in conversation to fine tune details on both the trips. Thank you for making my life that much easier, I am sure that I selected amazing experiences. I also like that I was able to extend stays at the same hotels booked via the tours and be able to select means depending on dietary requirements. Thank you!”
