“The information provided when I first inquired about a particular tour was complete, honest, and accurate. When I booked the tour, the response was excellent, quick, and thorough. Every effort was made to make sure I was satisfied and there were no loose ends. I know I can call on Tourradar's service team at any time for further assistance if needed.”

“As always staffs are fast to respond. In my experience I have a lot of questions and everything was answered fast. Every one I chatted to seems to have very good Training and very friendly attitude. While I chatted I felt like I'm talking to a friend who wants the best for you. I'm very glad that I found you by accident and I will be life time customer.”

“Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I like being able to talk to one person and see everything through to completion without being put on hold or transferred to another person. The prices were good and consistent so once we found the tour we wanted we didn't have to shop the net to see if the price was the best since this was the best price out there. We will definitely recommend TourRadar and will use them again.”

“TourRadar's Customer Support Team was surprisingly very helpful and knowledgeable (if to compare with some other online services I was dealing with). “Customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions thoroughly. The price of the trip was even cheaper than if I had booked directly with the tour company. Tourradar should show the add-ons or bolt-ons from the beginning with price instead of having to go back into "book" to see that.”
