“TourRadar's Customer Support Team was surprisingly very helpful and knowledgeable (if to compare with some other online services I was dealing with). Responding fast enough to any of my questions, literally in a few minutes. Very personalized service, you will feel like you are a VIP customer for them. Thank you very much.”

“Customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions thoroughly. The price of the trip was even cheaper than if I had booked directly with the tour company. Tourradar should show the add-ons or bolt-ons from the beginning with price instead of having to go back into "book" to see that.”

“When I contacted Tour Radar to help me book my Italian Holiday, they were so quick about getting the information back to me, for getting me booked and everything was made so easy. I would use them again for further holidays and I would like to thank them for all of their help. had a wonderful time in Italy. :)”

“They were very helpful to me in accommodating my needs. I booked two tours back to back in different parts of the world and they were able to fit these tours around my flight dates. I have traveled extensively and the ease of this booking with tourradar ushered in for me what I hope to be a wonderful trip!!!!”
