“We haven't been on our tour yet but I am just so impressed with Tour Radar's service to date and the tour operators service. The website is easy peezy to navigate and when I emailed, I received very surprising responses quickly. I also used the chat service which was so convenient. I also love that you provide the service of recording all our travel details such as passport numbers and insurance. It makes me feel secure and in the hands of professionals that really care. It's not often that I can give such high praise to a service provider. Thanks a bunch!”

“A good variety of tours and sales, sometimes can be better priced than through other places. Sometimes prompt and helpful staff who always follow through. Unimpressed with the quality of some providers, inaccurate and incompetent suppliers and failure to correct poor or misleading information provided by suppliers. Needs to be better quality control and control of suppliers rather than simply saying suppliers need to act - some suppliers are very slow and misleading, have no idea what they are selling.”

The best thing we can do in cases like this is to reach out to the operator directly in an effort to gain some clarity, which we've happily done for you. In order for an operator to partner with TourRadar, they're required to go through a very detailed application process which includes proof of the quality of their product and services. “PLEASANT AGENT, ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE 15 DAY RIVER CRUISE IN EUROPE WAS GREAT. SHE EXPLAINED IN A MANNER THAT WAS NOT OVERWHELMING TO ME. SO I MADE A BOOKING, BECAUSE OF THE SEVICE AND THOUGHFULLNESS. THANK YOU TOUR RADAR...I WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS.”

“This is the second tour we've booked with TourRadar. The website is well designed. There is a wide offer of tour operators and worldwide tours at different price points. “Signing up for the tour was fast and easy! Great discounts for November. I am in the process of getting my passport (didn't know I would need it this fast), but Gerhaine at ExPat Explore and Kimberly at TourRadar assured me that my tour is booked and confirmed. So now, I'll just have to wait and see if they honor that or I'm in for a nasty surprise along the way. I hope it's the first option! Kimberly was very friendly and professional when I talked to her and Gerhaine's email was very nice and professional. If this all goes well, I won't hesitate to recommend TourRadar to my friends! I live in a retirement community and we travel a LOT!”

“I did not have my reference number ready, so they were able to match my phone call up with the booking. Also no extra costs for using a credit card over the phone was a nice thing, some travel agents charge a percentage rate fir use of credit cards, Cruise Guru. Cruise 1st, and maybe others.”
