So far so good!!! I was little nervous about booking a tour online and have phoned the support number on three occasions to ask questions....every time I got a very helpful person who answered all of my questions. Im excited for my trip!!!!

I booked a package 6 days detox at Selina Manuel Antonio and the hostel wasn’t aware of this. I am still waiting. Also they didn’t received the payment while I already been charged and asked me to pay! I am still there it is my first night and doesn’t know where my money is. Moreover the price mentionned on the website is not correct i paid more! I want to be refund at least some part of the package.

We would like to clarify that the operator sells this tour in US dollars, which we converted to Canadian dollars for you. Currently, the US dollar is worth more than the Canadian dollar as per market exchange rates, so you paid the equivalent amount in Canadian dollars. Your supplier Europamundo was incompetent. I purchased an extra night post tour and paid for it but yet they kept asking if I needed an extra night. This made me wonder if they would reserve the hotel stay and whether they would ask me to pay again. More importantly it made me wonder what the tour would be like if they couldn’t manage a simple issue like this.

We can see that you have recently been in touch with one of our team members who has since reached out to the operator to ensure that pre-tour accommodation gets added to your booking accordingly. We always ask our operators not to add additional services to bookings until they receive written confirmation from the passenger that he or she accepts the quoted amount. Since one of our agents added this to your booking via your verbal confirmation on the phone, the operator wanted to be absolutely sure before proceeding to book your pre-tour accommodation. Great to be able to book a trip quickly without too much hassle. My only issue is that I couldn't book the trip just for me & my friend couldn't book just for them. I had to book for both of us to be able to share the room. We would have liked to be able to play separately as we are in different countries and currencies.

It's easy to understand you and your travel partner would prefer to book separately, and it's actually something we offer :) On the booking page for the tour you've chosen, you're able to select 'twin share' as a solo traveller, then enter the name of the person you're travelling with so we know to link your bookings. Now that you're booked together on the same booking, you might also find it useful to know that you also have the option to pay your balance in instalments. What that means, is you can have your travel partner upload their payment details to your booking and manually process the amount they wish to contribute. If you need any help at all separating the payment for your booking, our Travel Experts are available 24/7 by phone or online chat and will be more than happy to guide you through! Booking was very easy to use. The only issue I have found so far was the amount payable. Didnt match original quote but only different by the rounding of totals. Totals should equal. Happy that I could hold without paying so I could choose flights and then confirm my booking. Email messaging was answered quickly and promotion for discount was applied to my booking so I made an extra saving. Thank you, I appreciate very much.

I have requested three times and have had zero follow up on my questions 1. can I add on one night hotel the night before the tour? 2. Can i get transportation pick up from the airport? PLEASE respond...I am starting to get nervous...

I booked a tour (discover Petra 3 day tour) The website showed 10 places available . I received back an email saying my booking was "denied". No explaination just "denied" I call and inquired "WHY"was I denied. They don't know? Then Tourradar sends me a email with the comment that they have plenty of other 3 days tours. So finally I get another email saying that tour is filled up and that is why I was "denied" Great! so i go on the website to look for another 3 day tour and guess what? The "Discover Petra 3 day tour, is there, the same i wanted to book! I check the date May 2,3,4 and they show 10 available places! This is after i was "Denied" HELP! Really I am not a Bad guy Respectfully Raymond Bill

Please understand that we are a global company with close partnerships with tour operators around the world. As a result, we have tour operators who are responsible for manually adjusting the availability on our site for each departure. This may explain why you still see availability for your preferred departure date after having been advised it was unavailable. For clarity, upon receiving your booking request, the tour operator has subsequently declined your booking because it was no longer available. TourRadar has a wide spectrum of offerings although clients will be picking from a narrower range when planning. Assistance in Planning was minimal. The call line was not manned with people that knew their tour offerings and the tour operators advice needed to be sought. Seeking advice from the Tour operators was problematic. Ended often with advice to search on line rather " we will help you get to the start of our tours and assist your onward journey when the tour is done. Big need in planning any tour. Finally despite having booked on line and spaces were available there was a long delay in confirmation with "don't book your flight yet". What this is electronic booking? Good points, on line information was good and downloadable brochures excellent.

We do have a close partnership with 1000+ tour operators on our website so this does explain why we often direct travellers with itinerary-specific queries to reach out to the tour operator directly. It does look like your tour operator has been fairly responsive to your queries prior to booking. When asked about how travellers arrive into the starting city, they advised that there are trains and directed you to a specific online platform that assists travellers in finding the most efficient route to the starting point of your tour. Each tour operator that we work with does have slightly different confirmation turn around times. This is often also due to the fact that we are a global company and working with tour operators from different time zones. This tour operator did take 24 hours to confirm your booking as they needed to check with their local operations team to fully secure your spot on tour.
