I like everything about Tour Radar: On your web site showing clearly which travel company one is booking with and the reduction that you offer ( most of the time ) off their price. Also your website shows how many people are booked for a specific trip on a specific date. In my case - with Intrepid - their site does not allow this. Really important to see whether the tour might be booking up. All services are fine by your staff are fine. I started off with a phone call but came to appreciate the follow up by e-mail and the possibility to view each conversation in chronological order, great overview. All very clear once I got used to your system. Thanks

While we haven't been on our tour yet the booking process has been very good. Fast response to queries both over the phone and on the chat line on the website. Payment process easy and the price of the tour was cheaper with TourRadar than going through the actual tour provider. All staff have been very helpful and polite. I'd happily book through TourRadar again.

They were very efficient and quick to respond to my queries and kept their promise of a discount on our group bookings. They were helpful in everyday and responded within twenty four hours during the holiday season. Even the online chat was very efficient. Kelly from Australia was readily available to help. We booked during a holiday weekend and were not going to get final confirmation for at least 48hrs. TourRadar kept us informed several times via email to insure we knew what was happening

Although TourRadar provides fast customer service, when it comes to payments and money matters it is pretty messy. This is especially likely to happen if you request a change, such as single supplement etc. They can mess it up and pretty much charge you whatever they want and not what you see on the screen. I booked the Bolivia, Argentina and Peru Adventure they charge me approx. $9000 instead of the approved approx. $7500, leaving me in a foreign country with no money. It took me three days in the bank to adjust the error. It was the third time the company overcharged me by mistake. In the previous instances, I had placed a cap on my credit card so they could not get the money. I suggest when one makes a purchase from them should place a restriction on the card. Apart from that the discounts and rewards are attractive.

We'd like to clarify that we do not have any leeway to charge 'whatever we like' and as we attempted to advise to you in your booking conversations, the charges you incurred were wholly enforced by your bank, not by TourRadar. We will only ever charge what the tour operators advise is relevant to your tour request - so any add ons such as single supplements or if the tour is On Request will be charged accordingly, but nothing further.
