Good deal and seems every tour purchase starts a conversation/ticket with a rep or two in the TourRadar company. This makes it easy to ask questions simply by replying, and they called me also to check on everything. Good customer support experience + good deal on the tour = happy

Simple system for booking with quick response and clear details. The only area not covered were additional items that may be available on the tour

The site was easy to navigate, quick response and best of all the discounted price. I reorganised the rest of my trip around the suggested tour sent to me by TourRadar because the price was too good to pass up. Very happy.

The first time I contacted Tour Radar I requested to be charged in Canadian currency even though I lived in Asia because I was a Canadian citizen. In short, I got charged in American currency and was not advised properly to get charged in Canadian dollars from Asia region and my credit card limit was too low for the deposit money at the time when I knew I should've been advised to wait and signed up for a tour I didn't want and lost my deposit money. Lack of good advice at the opportune time led to a terrible start to booking my tour. When I finally found the tour I had been looking with higher credit limit it was a bit of a consolation but losing precious deposit money when I could've used that money to buy travel insurance for my wife and I has left a sour taste and wish I could get it back.

The booking proceeded relatively smoothly but I was quoted one price for a hotel preceeding the tour then another price more than double when I wanted to book.

I booked the Eastern Festive Trek not knowing that there was two varying starting points for the exact same trip!!! Why would you call two different trips heading in different directions the same trip name?? This is shockingly unclear and in the title it should state either (A) HEADING SOUTH or (B) HEADING NORTH - There was no indication that there was another option for this trip. They should have two separate titles and it is incredibly misleading!!! So I have now booked a different trip to my friend and spent all of this money and paid for flights to find out I won't even be able to get on the other tour. Incredibly bad form and I will never be using your website again as the map should also clearing state START and FINISH not just have a little flag because that could mean anything!! I am so disappointed as this means my Christmas has now been ruined and I have lost a lot of money. Merry Christmas to me :( :(

As we chatted about today, the listing and names of the tour are provided by the tour operator, Busabout, and unfortunately are not something we have control over. On our website we do list both tours - The Festive Trek (Krakow - Prague) and Festive Trek (Prague - Krakow), along with all the start and end point information on the tour details page that you can view prior to booking your trip. We do work hard to ensure all available information is visible to you before booking, so will take your feedback very seriously and advise our tech team accordingly. There are a lot of trips to choose from, however, the price on the website was not correct and the person in charge of my booking never responded. I ended up having to through my friend who had the same issue before I could get any help. It was actually the chat bubble that pops up on the homepage that got what I needed. If it wasn't for my friend having booked trips before, I probably wouldn't use it again
