“Hi! It was nice experience to transact my indian tour via tourradar. The boys and girls were really helpful throughout the process. It was a bit problematic only when they had to refer to the operator for info. It then took longer time for them to respond. A suggestion I would like to make is that to have a single agent assigned to any single client instead of several agents answering. A side from this everything seemed to work fine. I hope the tour will also be fine...For several ones to come. Thanks Aref”

“The TourRadar website made choosing a tour much easier, by bringing together tours from different companies. You could then book direct with the tour company but I booked through TourRadar and the service was excellent. Recommended!”

“I was very disappointed with TourRadar (and Intrepid), both of which I used for the first (and will be the last) time. Having researched a suitable tour as part of an extended trip in Africa, I booked the tour and soon after received notification that the it was confirmed and that it would go ahead by the operator. The requested deposit was paid and I then proceeded to make travel arrangements for the next stage of my trip. A few days later, I was advised that the tour was cancelled which left my travel plans in disarray. So-called alternative tours were unacceptable as is the whole sorry episode.”

Hi Andrew We are truly sorry that the trip you booked was cancelled by Intrepid, we know this can be very disappointing and do everything we can to provide you with as much information prior to booking in regards to the status of the trip. As our agents outlined in your booking, unfortunately Intrepid had to cancel the tour for operational reasons as you were the only traveller booked onto that departure date and it would not have been a 'group tour' experience for you, additionally, your departure date was not guaranteed. In providing alternative trips we did endeavour to replace this cancelled trip for you and are sorry to hear that these alternatives of similar itineraries and price range did not meet your expectations.
