The site was easy to use and I love that you accept AMEX even when the actual tour operators don't. In our instance, there was no savings in dealing directly with the tour operator so it made sense to book through TourRadar. I also like that you provide a mechanism to communicate directly with the tour operator after a booking request.

I like being able to look at multiple tours from multiple companies at once and being able to book in my local currency. I also like earning tour credits that can be used to reduce the cost of future tours. Having reviews from confirmed travelers is also really appreciated.

Because of my age I had to fill in a medical fitness form. This form is badly written but TourRadar kept me informed and I believe would have been very helpful if the final decision went against me.

Where a suitability form is required, this is dictated by the operator of your tour and is simply a measure to make sure that the tour you've booked is one you will be able to enjoy to its fullest. I called and waited for at least over 10 minutes to speak with a customer services. But she was very nice and helpful. I requested to add my husband Victor Tran to all the emails, but radar kept sending messages to me Am Vuong. During peak call times, its true, you may experience a short wait which we are constantly working hard to optimise for you, our valued customer. Regarding your email request - like most booking platforms, your TourRadar account is associated with one email address, which is the email you also use to login to your account. We are unable at this stage to associate more than one email address with your account. It was quite difficult to book a tour, the system does not accept payment from non-euopean or american credit/debit cards. Despite there being an online chat bot, the average reponse time is around 5 hours and for this particular issue personnel were not particularly helpful. I recommend TourRadar to make a note of this situation. *Posible solution is to pay through PayPal. Despite this small problem I do believe they make a great selection of tours.

Hello Leonel, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear you've had troubles processing your payment, but can see you have successfully booked your tours now which is great! There is no problem however, using a credit debit card on our platform from anywhere in the world. We accept all major credit cards, worldwide and also PayPal payments as you have noted. What you may have experienced, is your credit card provider flagging your purchase as TourRadar is an Austrian company. We use a European-based credit card provider to process bookings which could explain why you might have been having trouble with payment. This is easily resolved though, which we advised you on our online chat. Simply contact your credit card provider and ask them to whitelist payments to TourRadar GmbH in Vienna, Austria and then try making your booking again. These are measures imposed not by TourRadar, but by your payment provider, for your security. We'd also like to reassure you that despite receiving bookings from travellers all over the globe, TourRadar does not charge any fees. We're glad that you enjoyed using the site to search our vast selection of tours around the globe and assure you, you've booked two fantastic trips! TourRadar had a vast array of tour choices, many of them at a discounted prices. The website was easy to navigate. The phone staff was very pleasant and efficient. Now, let us hope the tour itself goes just as well. Thank you!

I refer to my long list of conversations in order to eventually secure a successful outcome. I would expect an international organisation to have a far more refined process. I had chats with at least 6 different people (some of whom had not even read earlier chats!), basic errors were made in calculating total costs on two separate occasions, the website wouldn't allow me to indicate for three people I required one double and one single room and when I completed final details my choice was limited to either twin beds or a single bed......I assume therefore no double beds are provided on any tour!!! I only proceeded with my booking because of the timely intervention of Courtney
