“Most providently 'stumbled' across your website to find the tour I was going to book at a much cheaper price .I did purchase through Tourradar and received an extra 5% of the final price. Thank you so much too for also adding membership award of £250 of my next holiday, as a most welcomed bonus. Your Customer Support Team members we also very helpful when communicating too.”

“It was easy to search, filter, find and book tours. It would be helpful to include guidance regarding not booking flights until the tour is 100% confirmed at the beginning of the booking process. It would also be helpful to say there may be additional fees for solo travelers.”

Hello there! Thank you for your review and for your constructive feedback. We're pleased you find our site easy to use! We have a vast range of tours which offer you immediate confirmation, but for those that require processing before confirmation, you're absolutely right - we don't recommend you book your flights until your tour is 100% confirmed. We communicate this via email as soon as we receive your booking request, but perhaps we can look at displaying this somewhere else too. Thanks for the suggestion! Regarding 'fees for solo travellers', this is also only applicable to some tours, but completely understand it can be disappointing if you hadn't budgeted for it. Single supplements are made mandatory by the tour operators, usually for tours where there is no-one else to share with (ie: independent or small group tours) or in cases where the tour is a premium product and sharing with a stranger is not something the operator's brand wants to offer. Having said that, there is good news too - TourRadar offers a vast range of tours operated by companies who are more than happy to pair solo travellers with another person of the same gender.
