“From initial enquiries, through personalised booking, to advice and suggestions to help our trip, the guys n gals at TourRadar have been outstanding. We had a real feeling from them that they are obviously experienced travellers and happy to share that knowledge. the local people they work with have been very responsive too. Great service, guys, keep it up!”

“TourRadar made it easy to view and compare tours from various travel companies. It is such a helpful tool, and I'm so happy I stumbled upon it. It offers the lowest price available, and the customer service agents were available to answer any questions I had. I will be using TourRadar in the future to book additional trips!”

“i booked a tripp for thailand , made arrangements for Insurance and vaccines . i tried to ask for confirmation and details on the tripp so i could see wich plain ticket would work out the best for me.. though i feel like i am being ignored on the questions i seek answers to. when i reach out for some feedback this company does not respond. i don't just wan't to throw money arround and hope for the best on my arrival in a foreign place ! so this is a bad review .”

“Referred by friend but did not get 5% discount. Tried to use code provided but it said already referred by friend and I did not receive discount. Very misleading advertising. Tour Radar called to resolve my issue within 24 hours. The trip I booked already had 4% discount and only one discount per booking but they upgraded the 4% to 5% and I also received credits for future trip. I was impressed with the customer service. Sales rep was very professional.”

“I received a quote for a tour and paid the deposit as per request. 3 days later I received an email to say that there was a glitch and the wrong price was quoted by Tour Radar. We paid the deposit based on the quote given and as we were on a wait list for that tour it was too late to book with another company. I would expect that as it was an error made by Tour Radar they should of honoured our quote.”

“I actually called and booked my tour over the phone, because we are currently in the USA but needed to pay in Canadian dollars. Melissa was very helpful and I spoke to her several times in the last couple days as I am trying to organize a trip for myself and some friends to Europe to see the Oberammergau Passion Play 2020. So far I am pleased, as this is my first time booking with Tour Radar.”
