“My booking experience with TourRadar could not have been any better. I had the pleasure of dealing with Myrie in the Toronto office and she went above and beyond answering my numerous, and I do mean numerous, questions I had about my Russian cruise. She was always pleasant, helpful and understanding. The times that I did speak with someone else at TourRadar they also were more than courteous. I would highly recommend dealing with TourRadar. And when I say "highly" that word does not come often from me. Kudos to all the staff at TourRadar. Thank you for all your help.”

“The website is very thorough and easy to navigate and I believe gives the best selection of tours in all countries and various pricing packages… There’s so much to learn and C at the website and you can do the live chat with the agent or call the telephone number… Two or raider makes itself available to anyone anywhere anytime… Fantastic”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We have had a look at your booking and it looks like as though are referring to the starting location for your tour. For your tour specifically, there are not one, but two different pick-up locations which also happen to also be hotels. We would like to clarify that whilst pick up locations for tours tend to be at hotels, travellers are not required to stay in the hotels a tour starts from. Travellers are free to stay in any hotel their hotel of choice and make their way to the starting hotel in time for pick up. “I had some problems booking a trip solo, looking for a roomshare, got connected with the tour operator via TR online chat quickly and easily. Everything resolved and I'm super excited to go on the 4 day dive certification with liveabord on a boat on the great barrier reef. Tour operator is helping me with a room share, and I got to use a discount code on tour radar and after booking my second trip, (6 day Iceland Ring Road, also fantastic) I have about $70 in credit towards my next trip! Nothing but good experience for me booking via this site.”

“Reservation pretty self explanatory except for the lodging piece. I have emailed separately to try to ensure that the four of us have correct sleep arrangements. I was also not able to determine what time we started the tour of ended. That is important for flight planning. I have also emailed for that info.”
