TourRadar responded quickly and efficiently to my request for information and my booking. The only detail which I think TourRadar should adopt in its communications is to appoint one, but only one, of their team to be THE contact for each client ; I have received replies from TourRadar Austria, Canada and Australia which, for me, doesn't inspire the idea that someone is responsible for my booking. Despite that, I have confidence that TourRadar will ensure that the Volga cruise I have booked goes as planned.

Good range of tours, good prices and very prompt response to any questions. The only thing I didn't like was Tour Radar retaining the deposit if a tour has to be cancelled Most tour companies I have been dealing with lately allow free cancellation, at least up to a few weeks before departure.

With deposit refunds, these are determined by the Tour Operator's terms and conditions and not TourRadar. Some Tour Operators will allow cancellation without penalty, however, most will hold deposit as a cancellation penalty. Please do let us know if we can assist further, we are available 24/7. Staff are friendly. If they do not know the answer, they find out for you. Poor knowledge of tours would be beneficial to customers. Booked a tour and changed my mind. First payment was made and instead of a refund or payment, another payment was undertaken for the second tour. My funds were held by my bank for over a week which was totally unsatisfactory. Feedback is that if payment has already been undertaken, a change in tour would be a refund or payment by the customer. Finance Dept needs to communicate with salesperson so that Tour Radar does not look as though there are internal communciation issues.

We will be going on the trip of a lifetime, and that is fantastic. Your customer service staff were very helpful and always answer all our questions quickly. I have just one complaint, when we paid our deposit we were charged foreign exchange fees. I believe if we are quoted a price in AUD then that is what we should pay. We booked our tour through "Tour Radar" because of the discount you were giving, which now is completely negated because of the "foreign exchange fees". If we had booked through our Australian Travel Agent we would have paid less. It should be made clearer that there we be "foreign exchange fees" charged upfront and not just in the fine print. So I will find it difficult to recommend your without warning people of the hidden costs.

Just booked an Anduluscia tour of Spain from Madrid- had a good time, thought it was a great value, only thing is the accommodations and food was a bit below our expectations, but nonetheless thought it was a great value overall- got to see a lot of cool places we otherwise would not have been able to see on our own.

I am happy to inform you that your representative was always there to take my call and explained me everything. Unhappy about the fact that I had requested your Indian representative to call me up so that I could discuss certain finer points like visa etc. But, till now no calls were received.
