“A good variety of tours and sales, sometimes can be better priced than through other places. Sometimes prompt and helpful staff who always follow through. Unimpressed with the quality of some providers, inaccurate and incompetent suppliers and failure to correct poor or misleading information provided by suppliers. Needs to be better quality control and control of suppliers rather than simply saying suppliers need to act - some suppliers are very slow and misleading, have no idea what they are selling.”

The best thing we can do in cases like this is to reach out to the operator directly in an effort to gain some clarity, which we've happily done for you. “Great to be able to book a trip quickly without too much hassle. My only issue is that I couldn't book the trip just for me & my friend couldn't book just for them. I had to book for both of us to be able to share the room. We would have liked to be able to play separately as we are in different countries and currencies.”

It's easy to understand you and your travel partner would prefer to book separately, and it's actually something we offer :) On the booking page for the tour you've chosen, you're able to select 'twin share' as a solo traveller, then enter the name of the person you're travelling with so we know to link your bookings. Now that you're booked together on the same booking, you might also find it useful to know that you also have the option to pay your balance in instalments. What that means, is you can have your travel partner upload their payment details to your booking and manually process the amount they wish to contribute. If you need any help at all separating the payment for your booking, our Travel Experts are available 24/7 by phone or online chat and will be more than happy to guide you through! “There can sometimes be a lag in communication between Tour Radar and the tour companies when booking, but Tour Radar seems to be working diligently to improve their response time and communication with customers. Agents are always friendly, and I appreciate the discounts I wouldn't get otherwise.”
