“Still waiting for my delivery, got an email to say I was going to be delivered by the end of today, but got another email to say it won’t be delivered until next Monday04/01/21 so I can’t comment on the items ordered.”

“Wrong goods sent. Sent by Standard instead of the Express delivery that I had paid for. Lied about delivery method used. Consequently order arrived after not before Xmas. Avoid Trouva would be my recommendation.”

“I was A bit disappointed when I received the trivet, it said on your web site the trivet was 22cm * 22cm but when I measured it, it was only 20 * 20 luckily it was just big enough, other wise it was good.”
