“My order never arrived and the driver refused to answer my calls. The picture provided as proof of delivery was not even my door. I contacted support and they informed me that my order was not eligible for refund…..I asked for credit or redelivery and the customer service rep ended the chat……multiple times until I got a message that I had contacted support too many times and there was nothing more to be done. I will dispute the charge with my bank and never order from them again.”

“fu**ing horrible garbage company but it’s honestly my fault . I should have BEEN stopped using this goofy app a long time ago. I paid $80 yesterday and this idiot dropped off the completely wrong order and I went to customer service though the app and the said it’s nothing they can do even though I sent a picture . Lucky for them the don’t have a home base building in Minnesota because I definitely would have been up there on that type of time . Idiots . This motivated me to stop ordering out and start grocery shopping so I guess this mess was a great thing. Over priced ass fees then want people to tip these dumb ass drivers . Uber can go to hell I wish everybody would stop using them so they can go out of business”

“Uber eats is a rip off service I feel if our orders are wrong and can't be replaced we should always be allowed a refund I order one thing and got something else so why can't I get a refund or in the lease credit for the same amount spent. This company makes so much money from over charging and ripping people off. I will stay with doordash.”

“It took forever to get my food and all my food was cold from Applebee's which is 12 minutes away. My driver told me he had to stop and air in his tires. Took my food 1 1/2 to get here meanwhile my steak was overcooked and my broccoli wasn't even cooked all the way.”

“The food was great, but my voucher was not used toward my bill even though my receipt indicated that my voucher was applied successfully. The entire bill was placed on my card, which was supposed to be charge about $1.76 after applying the $25 voucher credit. Then to make things worse, the tip that I included, which was included in the 1st charge on my card, was charged against my card again when the order was delivered. I have not heard back from Uber Eats, and will not use them again until this issue is resolved. As of now, I have not been contacted by Uber Eats.”

“put an order yesterday for liquor. they didnt have the majority of the items i ordered so i decided to cancel the order since I didnt want to substitute. they charged me still for the full amount of the order! Ubereats support didnt do anything to help”

“I would not recommend to make an account with Uber Eats, as if for whatever reason you would like to delete your account /your data from their system. They will not help you with this and break GDPR rules on a heavy manner. For now I have tried to reach out to them over 6 weeks, I almost no response beside "What's your email and phone number " after providing requested details and kindly informing them about my request to delete my account there is no more communication or help. I would like to kindly remind you that my wish to delete my account and you not providing this option is a heavy violation of GDPR rules”

“I’m very upset bc I ordered it when I did so my kids wouldn’t see the driver at the door! He was at the store “shopping” for 10 extra minutes at least, than needed, I know bc he called me asking for replacements, I told him what to get and at least 10min later he’s finally checking out! He comes to my door with my kids right there and can’t even get a pic of my id, he tried at least 5 times and my kids r right there! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!!”

“Absolutely appalling service, ordered 17 items from waitrose only 7 turned up. I paid a premium for the convenience and dont mind however when only 7 items turn up you and main items missing which defeats the point of placing and order, had to spend hours dealing with it. Finally got the missing items refunded however had to still pay delivery, service fees etc and ended up going to the supermarket anyways as lost all trust in Uber eats. They showed no goodwill and dismissed everything i explained about the inconvenience. This is not the first time always something missing for either grocery orders or takeaways, dont recommend Uber eats at all complete sca m”

“One of the worst customer service and worst management what so ever ! No efficiency with in resolving even a basic issue ! No one takes responsibility as no one knows there job profile as the company as is doesn’t know what they are doing but they know how to make ONLY MONEY !! These guys will go out of business in no time ! I have a Restaurant and my money is put on HOLD PAST 5 weeks…Can you believe ??? They don’t have a basic brains to call the Restaurant and resolve the issue if it was a security problem ! With so many emails and verification no one wants to take responsibility to resolve this issue ! Every time it’s 48 hours to respond or resolve…it’s been bloody 5 weeks now and they are still in square one ! I guess they are using these funds for some other purpose and just giving reasons as security purposes…even a bank will resolve security issues in weeks and it’s been more than a month now ! The CEO has to be fired first as he has all in competent people under him /Her !! Can see they don’t care as they got 1.1 Star review ! It’s a shame on them and the bloody ineffective leadership management…”

“Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Never Ever again will I be ordering from this delivery service and will be forewarning other customers as well. Me and my husband ordered 3 smoothies from Smoothie King. Now normally we would use DoorDash but for some reason the app had me use Uber Eats unfortunately. Me and my husband waited an HOUR for our order that never came. I called smoothie king and I was informed that our order was picked up but that she refreshed the app so another driver would get my order. When I called Uber eats customer service and was put on the phone with Sam. I am appalled by the customer service of this place and the help. We weren’t even offered a refund instead was basically told that we are wrong and that they have the correct information. I have never had an order stolen from me nor had customer service do nothing about it. Our drivers name was Beth. Last 4 digits of her Uber eats number is 8254 just in case uber decides to take action like they should have when I called.”

“I ordered food last night and the driver made several stops before getting to me. My food was cold I had to put it in the microwave. I even tipped the driver. What’s the point of ordering food if when you get it it’s cold? I reported the fact that I wasn’t happy. The refunded me $2 for a $25 meal that I just put in the trash. I’ve spent a lot of money with Uber eats so now I’m about to delete this app. I am going to put a fb instagram and Tik toc post about this with pictures included and the receipt oh yeah twitter too!!! Just go get your own food it’s no worth it. It brings the quality of food down and the restaurant too!!!”
