💩💩💩…💩Company,💩staff!!!. Too busy messing customers around, they tell you one thing & then tell you another , knowing they have no clue to what they’re actually meant to be doing. Staff are also too busy lying to customers. Your company are full on useless how the hell are y’all still running is beyond me. Also why don’t you employ people who know how to do a job, stop employing rubbish that’s gonna hinder your company & I say rubbish with a kind heart coz your staff are just plain& simple rubbish&are rubbish/crap at what they do. Sorry not sorry!!! If you want a better service, your parcels delivered on time, to talk to an actual qualified customer service, the choice to talk to a manager, never messed about&lied to… Then DO NOT USE ups it’s a 💩 company!… AVOID like the plague 🦠… AVOID at all cost

This has got to be the worst customer service ever. This company company care less about customers. I lost a $ 700 laptop to someone because UPS failed to return the pack to the sender as requested multiple times. They ship the package anyway to its destination after notes clearly said return to sender even with my account number. I'm so passed. I have never seen such a bunch of non caring people in my life.

DO NOT USE UPS!! Worst experience ever!! I tried to send a parcel with Christmas presents from UK to my family in Romania and booked it with UPS. On their site they have the option to send as a guest (without having to create an account) and that's what I did. Little did I know at that point of the problems it would create... First of all the label that has to be put on the parcel didn't come through the email, just the invoices, so I wasn't able to send it of with the people who came to pick it up. I then called customer service who said that the only solution is for me to cancel and re-book the delivery. But guess what? You cannot freaking cancel if you don't have an account!! It has been 2 weeks of me calling these people and trying to get my money back and it's not happening. In the mean time the parcel is still in my possession...

Received my UPS Express Plus package with NOTHING INSIDE. Customer service kept lying to me saying they started an investigation but a few hours later when I called, no investigation/claim was made. Every time I call, a different person makes up different rules and regulations. I stayed home till 9pm to hand over my EMPTY envelope for investigation yet no one came to pick it up!! Terrible service!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I waited for 3 parcels, I was at home all day, the courier did not deliver the parcels. When I checked the tracking, there was information that the courier did not find anyone at home and left packages at the access point 4 miles from my home, although there are access points closer to me. The ordered goods were express home delivery, but after 8 days I had to take a taxi to pick up the parcels at the access point. It seems UPS is taking the money from the sender for shipping the packages, but it does not care about the delivery, because it is easier to send the package back to the sender than redeliver to the receiver. Better to pay 1 pound more and choose another courier company.

I don’t know what going on with their internal training. The delivery man is rude as hell and says things that are extremely inappropriate. The guy said to me at the door today: wow are you rich what do you do. Never mind hahaha… what the heck?!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was at home all Friday morning on the due delivery date. The courier didn't ring the bell or knock on the door but left his message that the delivery could not be made but would be on the Monday - 2 days to wait. I would be out on Monday, so wanted to rearrange from delivery to pick-up. I phoned the number and was given a long list of options on the automated system. After having been round in circles for some time, I got to the right place. I was offered collection from the Dewsbury depot. Dewsbury is in Yorkshire, but the address I was given said the county was Middlesex. I aborted that attempt and checked on the web site. Yes, showed Middlesex, so had a look in Google and saw that the street address given was correct. However, found that there was a much closer alternative so went back into the arcane sel;ection of options only to find that I had, without intending, chosen Dewsbury. I then tried to change this, but impossible. Eventually found that, by not choosing any option, I got through to an agent. However, he could hardly speak or understand a word of English. He put me on hold on several occasions adding up to around 20 minutes before we gave up. That was about 1.5 hours totally wasted and 2 days to wait thanks to the laziness of your incompetent driver. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst carrier in all possible dimensions. No updates on a package since 20th of November, no help from customer support, missed estimated delivery date, stuck on "new delivery date will be provided as soon as possible" message in tracking app for 72hours already. No clear communication of whats happening online and over the phone - very useless assistance. UPS you are a mess!!! Ah, yes, I forgot to mention that this is a domestic delivery!!! Honestly I could drive my package in a car on my own and it would be faster and safer than doing it through UPS. Next time I am shipping through DHL.

I shipped several packages on Ebay using UPS. When I received my monthly bill I noticed the shipping charges from UPS were about double from what it said the price would be when I shipped the packages. These were all on different dates. I contacted EBAY and they said to call UPS it is their issue. I called UPS customer service several times and they would not do anything to resolve the issue. I filed 3 corporate complaints with UPS and they never called me back. after nearly 2 months and UPS not doing anything at all to resolve my issue I filed a complaint with the Better Business Borough . After about a week UPS finally called me and wanted to resolve the issue and refund the over charges that they charged me. UPS is DISHONEST. I never use them any more. I use Post Office and for the heavier packages I use Fed Ex. What a Shame UPS. I was an employee of UPS for over 35 years and I will never use them for shipping anything as you cannot trust UPS. They charge inflated shipping charges as much as double what they should be. UPS does not respond to customer complaints and their customer service line does nothing. UPS is corrupt from the top down.

Would like to give no stars but there isn't an option for that! Absolutely awful company. My package is now 10 days late and counting and everyone there wants to pass the buck and not actually deal with their negligence! Avid like the plague!!!

As an American, I'm embarrassed at this company. Called a day before expected delivery, no notification by text or email, asked for import charges at the door when I wasn't home without prior notification. Website is terrible, with broken links and redirects, payment system a nightmare. Tried to log in and arrange delivery; I'm required to fill in forms to join 'MyChoices' or something, and at the end I'm told there was an error. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst service ever and UPS does nothing to try to correct it. I was waiting for a big and important parcel. I took time off from work just to wait for it. Nobody came but they singed the parcel as "left at the front door". Nothing was left at the front door since I was also at home. Is now over a month and they did not manage to give me any information about what happened to my parcel which has been lost. They did not offer any type of costumer service, they are just avoiding the problem. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I never felt so much upset with any service in my life.

My package was returned to sender due to “customer refusal”. That did not happen or at least the delivery was not attempted at our house. In fact, we had another package delivered by UPS the same day in the same time period successfully. Prior to the delivery attempt I paid $10 (for each package) to have the delivery postponed for one day to ensure that I would be home to receive them. I was not offered a refund for that $10. Both packages were marked as signature required - the one was left on my doorstep and the other, as I said, was not delivered at all. I tried the worthless customer service number which is a misnomer. It cannot connect you to a real person or provide any avenue to do so. I eventually tried technical support and spoke to three different customer service representatives - none of them were helpful. The first of them, Ivan at technical support on 11/17 around 4pm, told me that I would be able to pick it up from dispatch before it went all the way back to sender and apparently that was a lie. I waited all evening, prepared to go pick it up, for a call from dispatch just as Ivan promised. There was no follow-up to inform me he was mistaken. I also spoke to Marion at technical support 11/18 around 800 am, she informed me that Ivan lied then immediately transferred me so she wouldn’t have to hear my reaction, brusque and uninterested. I was transferred to Kevin in international shipping. Kevin was patient and thorough but not able to help me in any way at all. In the end, I had to personally manage the logistics of my shipment outside of UPS. A shipment which was entrusted to these logistics experts, and to top it off I paid extra to ensure it would arrive on a day that I was home. All in all it was the most frustrating shipping experience I have ever had hands-down.

My package always showed in a wrong status with its address. I tried to fix it on the website, it took 2 days to update, and still showed wrong; then I called the customer service and change it, it took another 2 days to update. And if they took a day to reschedule the delivery. However, 3 days later without any notification or updates, it suddenly told me the package has exceeded the max holding days and would be returned to the sender. And I called the local ups center, the agent told me I could go and do the pick up on the same day. But ridiculously, when I went to the ups center, the staff told me the package was not here. And the lady has blamed me for exceeding the holding date???! Excuse me, it is not me who delayed the delivery and not me who brought trouble to the process. Will never choose UPS again. Really disappointed.

My shoes have been at Stanford Le Hope since 8th November and still show no signs of ever being cleared. Are UPS working from home? I am told daily by the system that the shoes will be delivered to our warehouse the next day, but I know they have not cleared customs. I am also asked daily for some piece of information I have already given 5 or 6 times in the last 2 weeks. It's a different person each time and I only hear from them once! UPS should withdraw from the market if they are not going to support it properly. We are clearly speaking to an offshore service where the staff have no idea what is going on or any interest in finding out. I await tomorrow's idiot conversation but do not expect shoes any tome soon. Last month when we had exactly the same problem a woman told me clearance can take up to 4 weeks.

Wish there was a way to write a review with less than zero stars. Been mailing and shipping packages for years and never had a package go missing. I was hesitant to ship a ring valued at $8500 but had no choice….. yes I was stupid. Of course within 24 hours it went missing. No customer service, cannot talk to anyone that can actually do anything. Get the run-around and multiple stories. Investigation filed and just have to wait the number of days (which also differs depending on who you talk to) …. No updates and no one to talk to that’s actually “investigating”. Then, if package is not found, UPS will determine if they will pay the amount the package was insured for….even though there is a certified appraisal. What on earth did I pay $175 for? They’re in the jewelry appraisal business now? Never again will I use UPS…and I suggest no one ship anything with them that you value….. they do not care it’s just another package to them. Now I know why they used FedEx in the movie “Cast Away”.

First, trouble with pickup. Called several times, for days. They promissed to fix it every time, but that never happened. It took weeks to get the shipment picked up. Months after they send Invoice to the wrong address, and it is impossible to get this fixed. Sending a package turned into a nightmare of customer service calls. I will never recomment UPS to anyone!

I don't even know where to start... Their level of incompetence is unreal. Zero customer service. They charge your card without invoicing or explanation. When you contact customer service, no one can help and they give you a different (wrong) answer every time. I don't understand who is training these people or how they have jobs, I've never seen anything like it. They're the cheapest option to ship abroad and I've used them many times but this will now stop. I'd rather pay more and not have such a bad experience. The fact that they have such bad reviews and don't even care about it... Mind-blowing!!!
